Man when I first found these girls this stuff blew my mind.
What a genius idea to get these Disney Princess looking girls to do all this heavy hitting hip hop and have them flex so much in their videos with all the props, clothes, jewellery etc.
It's so good honestly.
The best thing I found is their duality. They can have this image where they are considered badass, top level, untouchable icons who rap hard and sing uniquely with heavy hitting bass and fashion. But other than their stages and music, they are really sweet, cute, and humble and different from their "badass image".
Don’t forget about 4Minute! Really got me into this style

I listen to blackpink songs everyday since I discovered them in 2019 and not tired of it all. Listen to all their songs including b-sides and you'll get hook even more... But the biggest reason why we love these girls is because how genuine they are as humans off stage. They are the only group in kpop that can go on hiatus for a long time but instead of losing fans, the general public just love them more... Blackpink might not win more awards because blinks are so lazy to vote😩 but the love of people outside twitter and other social media is what really matters. Blackpink never ask for numbers but for people to enjoy and be inspired by their music.
