Out of all the Cdramas I have watched this is my favorite! These two actors are sooo great together and their chemistry is really amazing and the storyline itself is so good. I can’t believe they didn’t do another drama together .

I absolutely love Ye Hua's poise and charm . His demeanor, is bold and domineering. he can weaken Ur knees by just staring u in d eyes. Love 💕😘😍😘😍😘😍😘😍😘😍 and I love Bai Quin's submission to him even when she knows she is alot more lder than him . When he says ' come, she just moves love 💕 it.
I saw this drqma in March 2020. Essentially, my first C-drama. I couldn't keep my eyes off of Mark. I loved Yang Mi's character. Loved the boy who played her son. Wasn't a fan of Dilrraba's character. I later came to know how famous she is. Seen other of her dramas. Liked a couple of them. I wanted to say that this drama spoiled me. I expected this type of maturity and honesty with the characters and let's just say, though there are many wonderful drama, Eternal Love still stands out and is in a league all by itself. I was engrossed in this drama all the way. It is my first love. It's said you never forget your first love and it's true. I will rewatch it (forgive me if I skip certain parts). I owe myself that😊
Though this wasn't my first Cdrama, it ended up being my number one favorite. This drama is indeed in a it's very own league. I also plan to rewatch it. I love High Goddess Bai Qian♥
Eternal Love alongside Goblin: The Lonely and Great God and The Blue Whisper are my all time favourite dramas. I have repeatedly watched Eternal Love and everything about it is just wonderful. Dilraba's character annoyed me at first too but when I realised she was playing a immature young girl in the throes of first love I found her character more sympathetic. Her character began to grow up in 'Eternal Love of Dream' which is the follow up to Eternal Love. Dilraba is great in most of her dramas especially 'The Blue Whisper' which is just amazing to watch. I honestly don't think there's another actress who could have played Ji Yunhe as well as her, I found her absolutely mesmerising and heartbreaking to watch in it. 'You are My Glory' (well worth watching and such a romantic drama and one I've watched countless times, Lol). Also 'The Flames Daughter' 'Pretty Li Huizhen', 'The Long Ballad', 'The Kings Woman' and 'Love Designer'. I apologise for naming all these shows if you've already seen them but I thought just in case you haven't I would highly recommend them to you. 😀
I’ve just realized that when Ye Hua said he didn’t know that she was the High Goddess of Bai Qian from Qin Qiu, he was not referring to her as the lady he just met, but to his wife, who he has lost 😭
I think he is referring to the lady he just met. Bai qian hardly leaves the den, so the immortals only know her by her name, not by her face. She referenced herself as the high goddess, and that's how ye hua knew she is Bai qian. Her actions make him suspect she is susu, but he's not 100% about that until later on. It's just that he now knows she is bai qian, whom he is engaged to , so now he's playing that angle of being more forward. At least that's my interpretation of this scene
He didnt know that Susu is Bai Qian... his fiancee😂 if he knows... he will finish mortal period earlier and all Susu's mistreatment... will not happen🥲
I really like how the actor made it clear that he meant both things. He didn't know that his wife was actually his fiancee and didn't know that his fiancee is actually his wife. His tears give away the recognition in a way his words can't clearly pass the feeling. He truly recognized SuSu here and he was very eager from this point onwards to get to know his beloved as she truly is and not just one aspect of her.
I truly love this cdrama and am very glad to see this excerpt. This was the second Asian drama I ever watched and it was a great start to my journey where I have now watched over 300 dramas over the last 4 years. It will always remain one of my favourite Asian dramas as the story, acting and production was of such impressive quality. Thanks from a Canadian fan.

This drama is just iconic. Of the dramas I've seen so far, nothing has really come close to just how much I love this drama. I recently finished Ancient Love Poetry, which, imo, is probably the closest we'll get to TMOPB kind of quality.

This is my favorite cdrama. I watched it 7 to 8 times and then would watch my favorite episodes over and over. This is one of them. ML was such a fantastic actor, his voice cracked when he called his son the second time. He displayed so many emotions as Ye Hua and then the cold and pragmatic personna of his twin brother.

I have watching so much chinesee drama, I find some dramas who has an amazing quality lately… some of them has a better plot/cast. But this drama has a special place in my memory, I rewatch this drama whenever I miss them.
I still watch the whole series. And I love watching the clips. I wish I can say that I'm just angry with Su Jin for her treatment of Su Su but it's all of Sky Kingdom (except of course Dong Hua & 3rd Prince). 1. 2nd Prince deserved to be punished but not that harshly, 2. Even though Su Jin nauseating uses the fact that her clan sacrificed their lives for the Sky Kingdom, they really didn't learn anything from their lives being saved. Heavenly Lord who has every right to his decisions failed to see why clan leaders are not attending his meetings and favoring Su Jin without giving her boundaries is not making him look good. He could have learned a lot from Emperor Dong Hua (and Mo Yuan). Both favored Bai Fengjiu (and Bai Qian) but they both knew when to discipline. 3. Did he really believe that a Mortal who was very pregnant could do all the bad things that Su Jin claimed, including trying to kill her? He just wanted her gone. He Heavenly Lord is smart, he knows Immortals live their lives as mortals sometimes. Just talking to her and find out she has no memory of her past, could have put the pieces of it together, left her alone and eventually High God Zhe Yan or better yet Dong Hua would have figured it out. Sorry guys, just rambling. Also practicing typing. Anyone who hasn't watch the series. WATCH. Thanks for posting.❤

The drama doesn't make it clear but in the book she loses her immortaity forever and is sentenced to spend eternity going through love trials. The drama just showed one life where her husband is divorcing her. That's why Bai Qian says it was too hard.

삼생삼세 중 제일 명장면이라고 생각하여 10번쯤 봤어요. 대사 외울 정도....~!!! 재미있었어요 ~!!!

I have watching so much chinesee drama, I find some dramas who has an amazing quality lately… some of them has a better plot/cast. But this drama has a special place in my memory, I rewatch this drama whenever I miss them.

I still watch the whole series. And I love watching the clips. I wish I can say that I'm just angry with Su Jin for her treatment of Su Su but it's all of Sky Kingdom (except of course Dong Hua & 3rd Prince). 1. 2nd Prince deserved to be punished but not that harshly, 2. Even though Su Jin nauseating uses the fact that her clan sacrificed their lives for the Sky Kingdom, they really didn't learn anything from their lives being saved. Heavenly Lord who has every right to his decisions failed to see why clan leaders are not attending his meetings and favoring Su Jin without giving her boundaries is not making him look good. He could have learned a lot from Emperor Dong Hua (and Mo Yuan). Both favored Bai Fengjiu (and Bai Qian) but they both knew when to discipline. 3. Did he really believe that a Mortal who was very pregnant could do all the bad things that Su Jin claimed, including trying to kill her? He just wanted her gone. He Heavenly Lord is smart, he knows Immortals live their lives as mortals sometimes. Just talking to her and find out she has no memory of her past, could have put the pieces of it together, left her alone and eventually High God Zhe Yan or better yet Dong Hua would have figured it out.

The best part of this drama (which is one of my favourites) was seeing Su Jin get her comeuppance. Personally I thought they went to easy on her. 😂
Cast out of the Celestial world is just punishment for her. Like the rest of us, she undergoes cycles of mortal life over & over again.
The drama doesn't make it clear but in the book she loses her immortaity forever and is sentenced to spend eternity going through love trials. The drama just showed one life where her husband is divorcing her. That's why Bai Qian says it was too hard.
