@@iUpdateDroid In fact, it does matter. I just downloaded the ROM to the device and had the same binary problem of February update I think the phone should be in the last update .. You should alert your followers about this in the comments

So i mistakely used the origin with the extreme rom G988B while the download mode was locked. The phone was left in an unusable state so i install the stock rom and now the phone works. I tried again following your video to the letter but origin keeps giving failed.i really need your help
Yes, now I have unlocked the bootloader. So if I install the February stock patch, it should work right.But, when I was installing the stock firmware, it was the May patch. Could that be the reason why it keeps on failing

a bit complicated with ADB.... I thought that all should be done via TWRP (select and install custom rom in TWRP)
Its getting corrupted via MTP. That is usually broken so. ABD was the best way.
