Wag isisi lagi sa boring na teachers kung tamad lang din magsumikap magbasa ng mga bata. Hindi lahat spoonfeed. Mga bata ngayon mga tamad at ayaw magsumikap gusto lahat sinusubo.

Honestly, in my opinion, most of the people that goes to pbb are not actually into school or education. They want to work in showbiz and be famous. So sad. Maybe next time choose people that have different interest so young people watching at home can be inspired. Choose people too that are into school so they can be good example to the youth.

As a teacher, saksi aq sa kakulangan ng sistema ng edukasyon natin, lalo na public education system. This is magnified by the pandemic when we are forced to transition from what we are used to to the new normal. We are all aware na nangapa ang buong sistem dahil sa kakulangan ng paghahanda at kakulangan sa maraming bagay. Yes the system is partly to blame. But please wag po nating kalimutang sa panahon ngayon ng new normal education mas kelangan namin ang pakikipgtulongan ng mga magulang, ng pamilya ng mga bata. Remember nsa bahay po sila wala sa classroom, sa bahay po ninyo di na abot ng kontrol namin ang mga disiplina nila sa mga sarili nila. I agree with dyosa...tingnan di po natin ang mas malaking underlying problem ...ang epekto ng social media sa mga bata. Mas aware pa sila nowadays whats trending in tiktok, whats viral, whats new, mas concern pa sila kung paano sila makakasabay sa lahat ng ito kesa sa kanilang edukasyon. We at deped are really trying our best to make the necessary adjustments para lng maibagay namin ang paraan ng pgtuturo namin sa mga studynte sa makabagong panahon. Pero kelangan din po namin ang tulong ng mga magulang. Pagktpos po ng online class ng mga anak niyo, pgaktapos nila mg modules did you even bother asking them ano natutununan nila sa session nila? Or you just let them do whatever they want kc tpos na nila school work nila they can now play on their phones the rest of the days...mas mahaba pa oras na ginugugol ng mga bata in other online activities kesa sa iilang oras nila sa online classess nila. This problem is not a joke. Khit may face to face we are already struggling to battle the disinterest ng mga bata sa school works dahil they prefer their online worlds. Now is the time for parents to reflect on their roles in their kids education. Wag po isisi ang lahat sa mga paaralan, sa mga guro at sa sistema ng edukasyon. Lahat po tayo ay responsable sa edukasyon ng kabataan sa Pilipinas lalong lalo na ang media...in all its form..

Kisses is really one of a kind! She has an old soul and she prefers to read books than spend time with social media. During pandemic she read a book about Influenza pandemic in 1918. Young generation nowadays would rather watch tiktok/spend time on social media and so focus on bashing artists like Kisses who's very GENUINE/KIND/SWEET and most of all shows RESPECT to all the people she encounters. She also appreciates all the staff behind the camera na sila daw yung pinaka mahirap and ginagawa para sa movie/teleserye/other shows. San Juanico Bridge natutunan ko Grade 1, sa maliit na classroom namin. Di ko alam kase bakit andaming nagmamadali magfeeling mature na sa buhay sarap kaya balikan ng pagkabata.

Omg🙄, 13yo ako when I moved to Americ, I'm now 41yo. But I remember learning all that history questions from either 4th or 5th grade in elementary. I even got some extra credit from my US University professor bcoz I was able to answer all his Philippine History questions. He wasn't even Filipino 🤗

Ang mga tanong sa PBB ay natalakay na sa elementary at sa high school at nababasa din.Ang problema kasi masaklap na katotohanan ay ang mga kabataan ay higit nakatoon at naka depende sa gadgets.Sana din mabalik na sa madaling panahon ang face to face kasi mas malaki ang impact at tulong nito sa ating mga kabataan.Kahit ako na moroblema na din sa mga pamangkin ko.Kasi doon sa amin mahirap pa dahil 5 sila at 2 lang ang cellphone at ang signal sobrang pahirapan.Kaya may epekto din sa mga kabataan.At mas pabor ako noon sa sistema ng edukasyon na teacher empowerment kasi bukod nakakatakot ang guro pero naman may learning ang bata.Pero ngayon isang kibot ang balik guro pa din.

I don't think it's because of face-to-face vs online education. Come to think of it, these kids on PBB are already old enough to have gone through Philippine History (at least the basics) when they were in the classroom (before the pandemic). I think a lot of this has to do with the fact that this generation is so into video games, social media, etc, instead of using their gadgets on reading and learning. Hence, less time is spent on school stuff and more time is spent on social activities/concerns (including social media).

True, they have tackled the Phil history before this online studying, the fact is never nilang sineryoso ang kanilang pag aaral. Their time and effort napupunta sa walang kabuluhan

This maybe one of the consequence Ng pagtanggal Ng Philippine History sa HighSchool na dapat tinuturo padin para refresher sa mga bata tungkol sa ating kasaysayan. Before it is being thought in 1st year highschool or Grade 7, also we need to have face to face class, we need class discussion and interaction which are essential for students to learn better.
Pwede ding Yung mga bata kulang sa seriousness/ focus sa pag-aaral and focus masyado sa social media. There are a lot of factors, but this is quite alarming. Sana ibalik ulit Ng DepEd ang Phil.History sa Junior highschool.

The problem is that we are focused on globalization, to be globally competitive that we forgot the basics which are the history.
