About your high school fishing team video…how do you get multiple kids like 10 or 12 if your only gonna have one boat. Me and my school are trying to work this out and come up with just at least one boat for 2 people. I don’t see 10 anglers fitting on one boat, so are you saying for every 2 people is one more boat you need?
I have several friends and community members with boats who volunteer their time coaching kids during tournaments. I make sure the best two anglers get 1st dibs for tournaments and then I just go down the line as far as skill/ability as to who gets to fish. To help determine who is best we do many competitions as a team like knot tying, casting accuracy, written tests on bass fishing, etc...
