I noticed that before dun sa mas malalaki sahod sa akin, taas ng sahod pero daming utang (pwera gaba).. Kaya ng nagkaincrement ako i remembered yung law ng supply & demand at pinaractice ko yon.. Although tumaas sahod ko nag-stay ako sa lifestyle ko ng mababa pa sahod ko at nagtatabi talaga ko before spending, and glory to God yung bahay at sasakyan nabili ko ng cash at 3ng lote n cash din.. Yung isa nabili ko ng 130k nuon at binenta ko ng 400k para puhunan.. Praise the Lord!

Tulad ko na may friend na Chinese ayun trusted nila ako at nakautang ako ng pambili ng small farm lot at ginawa kong self sustaining na nagtanim ako ng mga gulay gulay at nag alaga ng kambing at manok at native na baboy. Sana ganyan mentality ng karamihan sa ating mga pinoy na dapat magtulungan tayo. Hope for the best for the Philippines. In fact malaking tulong sa atin ng mga Tsino kasi natuto karamihan mag business lalo na sa Selling.....Hindi lahat ng Chinese masama tulad ng ngyayari sa bansa natin. kaya tuloy lang ang buhay.

23:39 Totoo talaga, anti -stress mechanism ang savings. It’s a relaxing feeling now that I have saved up for my 6-mo emergency fund, next year’s tax, a medical fund and a travel fund, where before I was struggling with bill payments, credit card debts, impulse purchases and big losses in stock market. It took me some decisive actions to make this happened. With savings, my health and my disposition has improved a lot, and I’m now ready to venture into some worthwhile projects.
Tama, nakakapagbigay ng sens of comfort ang may savings or emergency funds. Overrated na din yung kasabihang "wag kang magipon sa bank, maginvest ka", oo pwede ka maginvest pero kung wala kang emergency funds broke kalalabasan mo pagbumagsak ka, isa pa kapag may savings ka yung portion nun pwede mo pa ipuhunan.
@@youngtevanced8818 For me, I keep my emergency and future funds in safe instruments like GIC or high interest savings, never in risky ventures. It’s good to have separate funds for risky ventures you could afford to lose. Just me, been burnt before so there’s no point in repeating the same mistakes.
