I couldn’t hear very well, but if you turn the volume all the way off, it looks like he’s saying first sample is far better than the second which makes sense. The first one which I think is the slurry where you don’t see the cracks, and keeps the water out of the base. The second sample apparently just doesn’t make a difference in the cracking at all but colours the block cracking. So I’m not sure what the purpose of that treatment was. Definitely would pick number one. Governments and transportation agencies around the world slurry for a reason - none of them sealcoat. I heard something like‘rockiness‘ lol he means raveling. Little surprised these guys are consultants must’ve just been starting out.
