1.Learn to practice shrugs practice.
Don't try to control things which are out of control.
2.Stay in your comfort zone.
Stop trying things which you're not good at.
3. Eliminate things which are not doing good to you.
Don't spend time with people whom are not helping you.
4. Exercise the best strees remover.
5. Take to relax and do somethings you enjoy.

Dear heavenly father I pray that people will learn in silence and pay attention to pastor Joyce Meyers and all of her preaching and her patients and taking out precious time after being on the Lord to share with us and help us and heal the spiritually emotionally battlefield of the mind I pray this because sometimes us ladies think because pastor Joyce is a woman that we don't have to be respectful of silence well I think we do and of course I don't add direct my opinions so I do ask you Lord Jesus to please help us to learn in silence and not to jump the gun and a lot of people who criticize the stories I hate to say if they need her love more than anything because they're wondering off and there's a desert they've done something they can't talk to her so she's a bad not influential that's not true that's the devil
When you live with expectancy, you don't go through the day complaining about your problems. You're not discouraged by the negative report, thinking your dreams are too big. You’re looking for God’s goodness. You know the answer is on the way. “Lord, thank You that You’re making a way. Thank You that things are turning in my favor. Thank You that You hold victory in store for the upright.” Your faith can initiate the healing. Your faith can be the catalyst for God to do amazing things.

I’ve been so stressed not being able to keep up with all the tasks put on me at my job and my bosses are telling me the other assistant had no problem with all the tasks. I’m a great hard worker snd I just don’t believe them. But that doesn’t matter I have to figure this out.🙏🏾
