Too expensive to own a piece , it is a playground for the super wealthy. If you are not in the rank of at least a Millionaire, or hold a big salary job, probably you can't buy from Developer in Iskandar, no one will sell to you.

I think their aim is to attract foreigners especially Singaporeans while their currency is strong and Malaysia's things are cheap for them.
