Ingredients:-
4 buffalo trotters
2 tsp salt
2 tsp turmeric powder
15-20 green chilli
2 tbsp fennel seeds
4 tbsp coriander seeds
4 bay leaves
4 cinnamon stick
4 black cardamom
12 cloves
2 small onion
2 garlic 🧄 pods
2 liter water
500 g bong meat + salt+ pepper+ cloves+ cinnamon stick+ bay leaves+ turmeric powder+ ¾ cup water
( Total 4.5 liter water will be used in this recipe )
Gravy:
3-4 tbsp red chilli powder
1½-2 tbsp salt
3 tbsp kashmiri mirch
5 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1¾ cup oil
1¾ cup fried onion ( 500 g raw onion then deep fry it )
1 cup curd
Garam masala:-
8-9 cardamom
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper
7-8 cloves
2 inch cinnamon stick
4 tbsp all purpose flour ( optional )
¾ cup onion 🧅 paste ( 150 g )
