Nice to see the EQ flat !! I looked around for 2 years to find the right speakers. This was a long time ago but still, I always wanted great sound because I hear things that people can't here typically. I brought my own cd Holly Cole and always made sure they had the settings flat. Sure different stores used different amps but at least I controlled what I could. So many speakers weren't good. I remember I told one sales person who was very impressed with their speakers that the speaker in fact, actually sounded like garbage. Then I heard Paradigm! WOW! Amazing! I pieced together an entire 7.1 setup having the entire Studio series which was as high end as they had at the time. I had Studio 100's for front and also rear surround. I love that brand! Buying them again is a no brainer! They've come a long way!
Founder 100F should be here this week and MC452 next week :)

Starting with the man in the mirror is the best option most of the time.
So, if becoming someone that has access to 8 or more digits portfolio is something you wish for, than its logical you get on track to devise a plan to start climbing towards reaching your goals, that is - wishes taken seriously and personally at deep level, that you are serious about materializing. Kicking it off with better grammar even on a y.t video comment is good starting point as well, than work on some source of income to get an initial absolutely modest hifi set up(if you don't have one already) as well as absorbing knowledge and working hard towards your goal and yourselfe, every moment of every day till you hit it out of that park !!!

Its possible. Thirty some years ago, when I was a kid, my family barely had decent or comfortable place to live or plentiful good food, don't even think about a hifi gear. I to was engulfed in similar mindset as you, at least as in your comment. Until I woke up in my early teens and realized that if the going is tough, the tough needs to get going! ( yes thats frm a Billy Ocean song, but it applies for the point) Hence my lenghty reply to someone I recognized as young me. Now a set up on a level as in this video is something completely insignificant - as in, its just in some of the apartments I have legal, private access to in multiple countries. Set up on the level of, lets say range topping Gryphon is where the real significant attention starts.

( actually I have 5.2 system two 15'' REL HT series , and somewhere on the way truck with new speakers pair of 120H ,90C, and pair 80F for surround , using processor Anthem AVM-70, Anthem 525 -2Gen. Amp.)
what did you decide (as the 120s already have deep bass via D Class amplifiers). I have some 100s coming but I didn't think subs were necessary with the 120s?
so far I’m listening stereo without subs , and movies with subs … hard to say without having these subs in set , overall sounding amazing without subs ! but pretty sure subs will make it better

I agree! I love Paradigm. I have top of the line of the top of the line even for my rear channels :) I may just hand these over to my son for his bedroom system and eventually buy Bang & Olufsen Beolab 90. Those are amazing. My father in law has high end Bang & Olufsen speakers and I do like them. I spent 2 years listening around before settling on Paradigm. It was an easy decision.
The voice sounds great but the guitar is muted compared to the original recording.

McIntosh 9500 and ma12000 had a disaster in Taiwan. The transformer had humming noise. The original factory did not deal with the problem. So there are many 2 mobile phones in the world.
Why buy a $100,000 system to listen to this kind of music. Anyway we are in esotericism at this level. I've always loved the Hifi but in reasonable proportions. In addition, you have to listen to classical or a jazz trio recorded in a jazz club in order to appreciate this kind of material. In addition, there should be no parasitic noise (Circulation) and a listening room with acoustic treatment. Listening is subjective anyway. It's just a personal opinion. My best experiences were listening with tube amplifiers in pure class A: Jadis for example.
True. this video sounds very audiophile on my Logitech Z333 2.1 with marble under the sub ;) And angled satelites. And $160 dac. Very very audiophile, in fact on par with Sonus Faber $1000 pair of monitors. And only less effortless vs $30k Focals. Besides, who do you listen with is far more important....
