This week 13-year-old Rafe Walker, who at the age of eight was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour, meets the England rugby team ahead of their clash with New Zealand.
Amazing what a difference a day like this can make to a child's life, the England rugby team went out of their way for Rafe and caused his spirit to soar.
So amazing to actually feel the happiness and excitement of this kid through the video. MySpecialDay should be brought everywhere in the world Sky! English Team did wonderfully and this kid is so well mannered and kind. Love watching these videos..they warm up heart
Why would you dislike this. I am his cousin and he is a great one. He has a place in his heart for everyone and is always in a good attitude. :) P.S. Thanks for mentioning me in the video Sky sports.
rafe walker .... a brave young man with so much to show many other children .... courage, energy, humility, politeness, voluntary service .... other than winning the 2003 rwc one of the greatest ever england performance .... chris ashton absolute class as always .... a wonderful experience for rafe and a great way to showcase his struggle ... really pleased to say that he is now 18 yrs old and still fighting hard ! Good on you young 'un !
This is such a inspiring story X it makes me smile and rafe you deserve to meet the England team X well done mate hope you had a good day X I'm glad you made it thou xx
Just amazing! alot of us don't know how lucky we are to be free from illness, respect to rafe for his fundraising! And deserved a day like that amazing!
I think I just had got used to football players being a bunch of arrogant god-like pricks, even when they're asked to give someone a special day. These rugbiers are something different. My respects to them, not many elite sports players would take the time to talk to a fan (among thousands) in the post-game excitement. This is my favorite video so far :)
gotta give props to the player for being as nice as they are, my special is real good stuff, i wish this program existed in my country as well! see you on the field..../French rugby fan
What a man! So polite
Great kid, so polite and brave.
What a lovely, well brought up boy, impeccable manners.
A credit to his parents, l hope that he will overcome, this terrible illness.
