    I have the Setpower RV45D and I am waiting for my Setpower PT55 to ship.
    I like the RV45D but it has a few quirks.
    I am excited for the PT55.
    Having separate doors is huge for me.
    You don't have to expose the freezer side while opening the fridge side.
    I could not pass up the spring sale. The PT55 is cheaper than the PT45 and the PT35.
    Can you use either side as a freezer or only one specific side?
    I would prefer the smaller side as a freezer and the bigger side as my fridge.

    • @OXFOOT
      @OXFOOT  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah the smaller side as a freezer is what I would do. I don’t see a reason why you could do it the other way though if you ever wanted to.

    Hey... Great review! I just got the PT45 during the Prime day sale. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me.... When the compressor is running on your PT35, do you hear the refrigerant moving through the coils...like gurgling water? Im just wondering if this is normal for these refrigerators or if i have an issue. The only other fridge that i have experience with is an alpicool cf55 and i dont hear the refrigerant circulating on that one.

      I’d go with the 45/47. I’ve had great luck with the 45 of my other ones. When I go it’s typically my girlfriend and I so we don’t need a ton of space so the 35/37 is plenty.

      That’s the 1100 watt one? That should be plenty for a few days however it really depends on if you’re opening it every few minutes or like 2-3 times a day. I’m sure it’s likely the latter one but I had a video running my fridge with 250 watts for like 36 hours before the battery bank died. Now that was a test that had me not opening it at all so that was really a maximum output test. Ideally an 1100 watt power bank would be plenty.

    • @OXFOOT

      That all depends on ambient temperature, how often you are opening it, did you pre chill the food before you put the food in there. A lot of factors will affect it but it should last roughly about 24hrs with about 300+ watts with no opening it.

      But bluetti and anker make great products as well. Depends on how many days you’ll be using it if it’s just a day or two then the smaller River units will be fine. I’d like at least 600watts to play it safe. I also always pre chill the fridge inside and get it down to temp before packing it into the car and hooking it to solar generator. Most of the power consumption with the fridges is getting it initially down to cold temp from room temp.
