great video chaps. For me, 99% of defenders react to what the attackers do but actually the elite defenders always dictate to the attacker. Obviously loads of coaching points within that. I remember when I was younger there was a spell of about 2 years where an opponent never got past me in a 1v1 situation, then injuries kicked in 🤣
