YAMARITA RECIPE |Easiest method of making yamarita

Recipe:
1 tuber Yam
3 eggs
2 tbsp of flour
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp Cameroon pepper
1 tsp ground scotch bonnet pepper
1 tsp seasoning powder
Pinch of salt
Vegetable Oil for frying

Just made this except I used yaji instead of Cameron pepper. It was so delicious. Plus this method makes the yam more coated
