I know this is the AAHW's theme but I feel like it fits Hank more, the creepy atmosphere, the machine-like sounding rhythm. And the (what sounds like) distant scream at 3:11. Really gives you the "psychopathic one man army" vibe.
Nonetheless this is a kickass song. Good work!
Thank you! You know, I think every song I've made for Madness usually starts with either Hank or Tricky in mind. At least on a subconscious level.
The fact that this song doesn't play in fast track is a crime
Well, all I can say is that I'm still honored to have had Catastrophy (i know, I spelled it wrong. But I spell Cheshyre with a Y so I thought it made sense) as the main menu theme for the original Project Nexus. @Locknar freaking killed it with his songs!
@@Cheshyre locknar was a surprise to have in PN2, but I understand that of you did all the OSt for the game, you'll be in coma after that lol - still, you somehow made the OST pretty unique, you and locknar killed it! - and with a long way for the game, I can't wait for nes music coming!
@@mcwhooperekranami2035I think the point of it not being in Arena is at least in part due to the fact that you're meant to be attacking them. This theme invokes the thought of dread and being hunted, but in Fast Track, you are the hunter. You're here to kick ass and steal trains. Hank, Sanford, Deimos, they might be better fighters, but they're being actively hunted down, and the AAHW is following their every footstep. But in Fast Track, you're not being traced. And indeed, after Fast Track, they don't show up again to chase you back to The Annex and shoot up your Hirelings and have their Mag Agents take turns kicking you around the helipad. They get their train stolen, and then they just shirk away from dealing with you. They have Hank to deal with. He's already far more dangerous. This upstart killer taking the fight to us can wait.
sick!
Is it Covid? No, it's Madness!!
@@Cheshyre honestly I'll take going batshit crazy over having covid again.
It's absolutely amazing
It makes me feel like the aahw are my next adversaries to take down. Just stunning!
This game is amazing man, thank you for adding that special charm to it
Hey, it was my absolute pleasure! Thanks!!
thanks cheshyre for the music, it's good, new sub !!!: D
Hey thanks!!! Another reason to celebrate!
@@Cheshyre good !!!!
@@Cheshyre Greetings, I'm Argentine
This makes me feel like im travelling to hell
what a fucking bop.
My absolute favourite theme of Project Nexus. Holy shit how do you do it Chesh
Thanks! Lmao, it was The Beard. I confess!
@@Cheshyre From one bearded guy to another, fuck yeah!
Still love this soundtrack. It feels like AAHW is a beast that found its prey
Yeah!!!
Its just that the prey happens to be a greased up otter. With a Deagle.
they think that
however it is the prey that hunts the predator
Man, for a second I thought that I had something with my phone's audio because of the muffled sound of some music parts, but I see that it was intentional
To quote another clever comment...
The SCP foundation, except they just want to kill you.
One of the best song in the game, since it sounds like it has to be, being chased by tons of agents that won't stop until you die.
They still need to buff engineers and soldats, it's totally easy to kill them, even on madness mode.
Thank you! I'm sure they have heard this suggestion before. I hope it gets changed in a future update.
@@Cheshyre also, what do you use to make your music? I really want to try to make my own.
@@atpingeniero9218 I use FL Studios. It's the best.
This is my favourite theme in game! You did a great job, dude!
Thank you!
im trying to make my own agency branch filled with different units, like combat engineers, snipers and whatnot. its actually kinda fun and cool making your own units for a faction.
Oh I love music so much! It is between suspense and calm, I like it and it looks great on A.A.H.W Cheshyre I love your music you really improve more every day ^ w ^ ❤
Why, thank you! That means a lot to me!
This slaps so hard tho! Chesyre is probs my favourite music artist
Really love the track, gives a very good sense of tension and makes it feel like you're the one being hunted
Thank you!
@@Cheshyre no problem, gotta give credit where credit is do
Yeah okay il say.
CERTIFIED BANGER
Yes!!!! Thank you!
OOOhly shit this theme (and the situations it comes ingame) made me actually come to respect and FEAR the AAHW: the constant, unremitting hunting, the brief moments of silence that just lead to more running, more chase, how the melody implies the constant surveillance, the alarms set fire, the human hunt continues, the machine keeps overloading.
TEMAZO!! La AAHW nunca para, no importa cuán sobre-cargada máquina, la cacería humana continúa, the MADNESS continúa lml
Hahahaha, that's awesome! Thank you!!
Dios, que difícil fue el nivel de Hank y Sanford.
Buena música cómo siempre
Are we ever going to see you and Locknar remix some of each other's music? Sort of like the thing they did for the hotline Miami soundtrack where we had this amazing trinity of Carpenter Brut, M|O|O|N, and Scattle remixes.
You know, that's a really great question! Let me do some nosing around and find out if I can answer that.
@@Cheshyre :V ?
dude that would be sick the HM remixes were seriously banging
I used this once for one of those scenarios I gave people to continue with music;
Basically they're at a nightclub and slowly but surely realize how everything becomes more and more morbrid, strange or even surreal and how their character responds to it.
... Just realized that's pretty much what Madness started with.
Lmao, that's fantastic!
Oh boi, it's back
Put up the splash guards
Me with my really weak pc: *vibbing in pain*
my all time fav soundtrack in the whole game thanks for ur amazing work chesh :)
I'm glad you like it!!
like 2:50 moment started remind me of mc 7 "drop" which sounds cool lol here
Even before the songs were changed (for whatever reason), this has been my favourite song on the game. Great job with this!
Thanks! I don't know anything about the songs being changed. I've been kinda...predisposed. I'll have to fire up the game and check it out.
@@Cheshyre I haven't actually played the game for a while, but the old soundtrack videos are "OLD/LEGACY" now.
Great job Cheshire, your music is the best
Thank you very much!
Impermanent deserves a great ending too!
Great job cheshyre! Love you job so mutch!
