Ooh I love Cardcaptor Sakura! It's my favorite anime! It features such sweet, innocent romance. Even though it's targeted towards young girls, even as an adult male, I enjoy it. There's no real villain, but I wonder if there will be one in Clear Card. I've never read the manga, but perhaps I should try. It would be good Japanese practice.
It may have been targeted towards young girls, but the author CLAMP is famous for their profound plots that can actually be enjoyed by many different types of people. XXXHolic and Tsubasa are good examples. And yes, I’m excited for what will happen in Clear Card next! I love CLAMP’s art so you should definitely check the manga☺️
I’m not sure about English translations but you should be able to find and purchase the original Japanese manga on Kindle! I prefer them over paper books because they don’t take up space😂
