  • In this video I go over a cost effective list of parts you can purchase from Cajun Gun Works in Louisiana that will greatly improve the double and single action trigger pull on your CZ 75 platform series pistols. The DA trigger pull should be around 7.5lbs and SA 3.5lbs after these parts are installed.

Cheap noticeable upgrade only changing a few springs and 1 pin.

Thanks for doing this. I got my P-01 a couple of weeks ago and was pretty disappointed in the trigger compared to both my C75B Omega and my SAR P8S. The DA pull feels MUCH worse than the 10-12# indicated by my gage. But I don't have the appetite to put the cost of another gun into upgrading this one.
I'm going to give this a try. TY

I followed your upgrade path and it 100% has a noticeable difference in SA and DA pulls. I recommend getting an extended firing pin though, I did notice some light strikes because of the HS. I recommend polishing the trigger bar and hammer strut to reduce friction, and maybe the plunger block. I think my next upgrade will be the trigger and hammer. then I'll look into a FBJ delete.

i have the extended firing pin in my 75B and 75 compact but not in my SP01 or P01 & no light primer strikes for me.

@@erik22lax might just be my ammo. I just pick up whatever I can get off ammoseeks lol. I figure if anyone's in my position the extra $25 is worth it for peace of mind

My question is why would you need to upgrade the hammer spring for the extended firing pin?

Only need the extended firing pin if you get the lightest weight hammer spring, which I never do.

You should do the pro package. It’s wonderful… reach reduction and short reset trigger 💪🏻( minus the reduced power trigger spring= mushy reset)

Gotcha. Does the lighter weight spring and extended firing pin extend the life of the rolling pin ?

      No.

Why change all that stuff on a perfectly good pistol. Mine works great right out the box. Great video regardless

Reduce DA/SA trigger pull so when i practice DA then SA there isn't such a difference in pull weight like when it is factory
