Hi, canisports, you should rebuild a tean with only using central american players, including mexican players. No USA or Canada players. You could include mexico because mexican players play in central american leagues. But mainly use central american countries(guatemala, panama, el salvador, nicaragua, belize, honduras, and costa rica). Love your content!

It's not a real rebuild if you put them in a different league, putting them in League 2 is much easier to attract players than in the Irish league. Just saying, love the content though.

Hey Cani- an idea for a career mode rebuild: to win every trophy possible for a club.
This would include every title; from each league title to every European one available (yes, that means if conference league is available, to win that, Europa and Champions league)
if you jump too far ahead, you might miss a trophy you can't get again- this would mean more rotation, bringing up players to sell so you don't jump from promotion to UCL.
You would be able to finally declare yourself as the greatest manager of all time- taking a club to success that's never been seen before
some suggested teams:
Celtic - as a team who has won 5 trophies in one season
Royale Union Saint-Gilloise - came out of nowhere in 2021/22 season after being promoted the prior, and outright winning their first season in the top flight.
Both of these leagues have two phases but unsure if EA are good enough to have phases in their leagues. potential one to watch out with mods if one gets made.

Rebuilds, and career mode in general, in FC24 are the worst they've ever been. Players being unhappy for no reason and requesting transfers after half a season. Player morale, in general, is fucking abysmal - the players can be happy one day and request a transfer next week for "lack of play time" despite being on a rotational squad role. If you take on a good team in a league and don't win every single fucking game you get the sack. The press conferences, training sessions, and pre-match reports do nothing at all. The tactical vision is immensely limiting and makes it unable to adapt to opponents or change tactics up when things are not going well. After two career modes I can safely say - career mode will be almost unplayable without mods.

I tried rebuilding a club in league two, I got them second placed and won the papa johns trophy, manager of the month, and then a week later in career mode I get sacked. It’s so annoying man, do you have any tips or tricks to not get sacked like that?

Can you rebuild Cheltenham town, they have Failed to score in league 1 after club legend and top striker Alfie may left in the summer. They had a club record finish last season but look like they could be going down to league 2 at the end of this season if they can’t turn it around soon.
