- Went out to check out a trail I hadn't been on and went a little too far. Didn't notice till I watched the video that when I was winching out backwards I still had it in first. It's funny NOW . Jim's gonna have no mercy.

Seeing as how you ride alone a lot, have you ever consider putting a small winch on the back of your quad. I think you can buy mounting plates that bolt onto the top of the rear hitch area, but don't quote me on that. - - -
Most of that will be underwater soon. We gotta help each other out here. Jim had to get back to the shop and I had to get ready for my night job.
A rear winch would just be something else to wire in and break. I been thinking of a Hand Crank Come Along.

So good that he had the opportunity to come and save you there, scary to be stranded out in the Alaskan wilderness. This is a video that can get a lot of views, maybe had a title that will make people curious.
This is something I myself fear when I'm out alone, getting stuck without help.

Is Jim’s Can am going to b fixed ? What’s verdict?
It's at the dealers in Anchorage. All the wiring and the black boxes are badly corroded and need to be replaced. It looks like a manufacturers defect but warranty has expired. Dealer is trying to get parts and work something out with Can Am. Thanks for watching.
