      Hoyer is a solid backup. Personally, I wish the Browns still had him. I think had he had stability with a team, he would have had a much more winning career. He put up some solid numbers on a mediocre Browns squad. I think with the team the Browns have today, he would be a winning QB. Raiders are lucky to have such an experienced football mind for real.

    As a Niner I’m really upset about Jimmy Garoppolo’s injury. It’s really a big problem for his teams and also his career. If it wasn’t for his injuries he could’ve been a great quarterback. Although I’m happy for Raiders win. Also I’m glad that they’re getting themselves together after couple of losses and they have started to play better at offense. Although it was Pats who they have beat and we can’t say that they have been better surely but I’m really happy that they won this this game. Wish them the best… .

      Mac Jones would thrive as a backup with the Steelers, Titans, or Packers. However, he still has a weak arm and poor pocket awareness. Even with better receivers, his passes are usually underthrown or overthrown.

    Us Patriots fans have more great memories in 20 years than the the rest of the league has had in a lifetime. Go watch a video named All of Tom Bradys touchdowns if you have 3 or 4 hours to spare. We will be back in a few years.. Winning the Super Bowl is an amazing feeling but when you win constantly it loses a tad little bit of luster than the one before. The hunger to win will return. I love all the haters!! lol I sincerely hope that some NFL teams fans can feel what us N.E. fans felt for 20 years. because it was fuggin unbelievable it really was. Best of luck to the new blood.

    All Belichick had to do was put his ego aside and he could have won another Superbowl with Brady. Instead he's just showing he couldnt win without Brady and might be flaming out to a possible firing or retiring. I would have never imagined this was remotely possible.

And Mahomes is mobile and can get yards on his feet and with plays breaking down(which is the MO of the Chiefs, and no one in the NFL seems to be able to recognize that). You can't compare a guy with the talent of Mahomes to Jones with a somewhat similar core of receivers. It just isn't the same. But we will see how well he does going forward.

      As a Browns fan, I'm a huge Hoyer fan as well. During the years of dumpster fire after dumpster fire, Hoyer provided some pretty decent games for us to enjoy back when we still had a mediocre squad at best. Given the chance, with the stability in the coaching staff and team in general, I think Hoyer would be a winning QB with the team we have today. Raiders have a good backup in him and an excellent football mind/mentor for the younger guys to be around.

    I honest to God don't know if the Pats can win another game...and i wouldn't be surprised if rookies pull an Eli and force a trade in the Draft. It would be a death sentence for a rookie to come to a Belichick dictated franchise.

      Hoyer is one of my favorite players in the league. As a Browns fan he brought some much needed light to a team that needed it. He played well on some really mediocre Browns squads. Given the chance to play for them today I think he would light it up.
