    Even unbelievers get these same prosperity through the same labour as the believers?
    Now you see that there is no way to preach this prosperity stuff into the equation of special privilege that a believer has in Christ through redemption.
    This shows us clearly that's it's all about him embracing 'ordinariness' and depravity of sin as a man even though he is the son of God that we might become what he is, the glorious son of God.
    Every man born of woman can enjoy favor of God, whether they believe in him for their salvation or not.
    Now, concerning evil forces their work abound but the authority in the name of Jesus casts them out.
    God bless the daddy who taught all the same. He did a fairly lovely job. I love you, sir.

    How can a man who feed 5000 people be poor? How can a man who told the fisherman to deep their nets at a specific place and eneded catching up thousands of fish be poor. Who can a man who said I have become poor 4 u to be rich be poor, can we just say he has no interest on material wealth since he knew he was! Otabil u are a great preacher and I love u.

    What Jesus did for our replacement is completely free. No labour induce whichever way to get it working for us. Yours is to believe. The earthly richness part can be access by all before and after He came to die. So why associate it with CHRIST. Being GOD is rich and being man is poor . He GOD ( rich in glory and all) became man (poor compare to Godliness)

    So we access the riches by paying tithes & firstfruits instead of engaging in legitimate hard work?

  • @yahelyahel332
    @yahelyahel332 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    This is a good message to Adam... but not unto those who are becoming Messianic. The riches of the Lord are Messianic and not Adamic... for by Adam is labour and by Messiah is inheritance. Reason why we must be born again... Adam is able to tap into this blessing by hard work... but Messiah by inheritance. Thus, this is a very conflicting message and scripture speaks of this mystery as the tower of Babylon.
    Shalom!

    • @johnmacfadden-laja9700
      @johnmacfadden-laja9700 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sir, if you read your Bible well, there is nothing about the believers' inheritance that is physical.
      Creation is for all but redemption is for those that have believed and received the person and the finished work of Christ as God's provision for deliverance from the destructive consequences of sin arising from Adam's disobedience.

    • @yahelyahel332
      @yahelyahel332 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @johnmacfadden-laja9700 Do u at least understand that man must transition from Adamic to Messianic man!? If u are able to see this, then u would get it. Man lives in the earth... wherefore even as Adam, so too, is Messiah. Life goes on in the world... and will go on...!? Who will continue therein Adam or Messiah!?

    • @yahelyahel332
      @yahelyahel332 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @johnmacfadden-laja9700 Of course, there is a physical inheritance too for believers... this is the restoration of man. The Lord answered Peter in the encounter with a young ruler... a hundred fold restoration and untop of that eternal life. Have u forgotten!? Is this not natural!?

    • @propheticdecreenetwork3256
      @propheticdecreenetwork3256 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @yahelyahel332 I think you did not listen to this message very well, or you didn't understand it well.
      Kindly, go back and listen to the message very well with an open mind ready to learn the truth in the scriptures, not with a religious or already made up mind.
      God bless you.

    • @yahelyahel332
      @yahelyahel332 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @propheticdecreenetwork3256 If u do not see first man and second man them, u will not be able to see what I am saying, brother. I have nothing against the message in question, but implied this is to old man Adam and not to new man Messiah. Unto Adam, was this mercy given, but unto Messiah is the inheritance given. Are u saying u do not see this in scripture? See here "Romans 8:16-17 KJV[16] The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: [17] and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Messiah; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together." Do u get that? And do u think this is not physical also? See this "Hebrews 2:5-9 KJV[5] For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak. [6] But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? Or the son of man, that thou visitest him? [7] Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; Thou crownedst him with glory and honour, And didst set him over the works of thy hands: [8] Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him. [9] But we see Yahshua, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man."
      Can u now see!?

    It doesn't need Jesus to be rich, it is hard labour that does it. That is why the richest people on earth are not believers unless they collected from their fellow believers in the name of sowing and reaping.

      But what if, you are working hard as you have claimed but yet keep struggling to meet up your daily needs overtime while you realize many of your colleagues who you do the same work together are becoming prosperous in the work despite that they are not as "hardworking" as you do?
      And still you don't need God?

    • @ebentechstudio
      @ebentechstudio 26 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

       @sam_sanmi We must not also forget the "time factor". no matter how hard you tilt, it must be submitted to what we call, "Time". Time will tell and prove your hard work. Even though you may labor hard, but Time will still let you have your abundance of reward. When you are not seeing the result, wait on time. When God favors you he causes nature and time to response to you more than the normal.

    Lol, follow me as i follow christ so in essence we immitate christ! i'm not saying we should be poor or not put our hands to labour but this does not sound very correct. the way to riches is by capitalism. you run a business or you work for someone who runs one. it is well

    I really like Dr Otabil but there were a few logical & theological inconsistencies in his message.
    Eg. He said if Jesus' crucifixion was an example, then I every Christian should be crucified as an example too.
    That was a strawman argument. No true Christian will claim that.
    Jesus crucifixion ofcourse didn't mean for all his followers to die physically as he did but we have to put to death our fleshy desires so we can conform to God's will.
    Matthew 16:24 AMP says
    Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wishes to follow Me [as My disciple],he must deny himself [set aside selfish interests], and take up his cross [expressing a willingness to endure whatever may come] and follow Me [believing in Me, conforming to My example in living and, if need be, suffering or perhaps dying because of faith in Me].
    His death was an example in a sense of sacrificing our selfish desires but not physical death.
    I really like him because he's always said he open to debate his theologies and ideas since he doesn't believe he gets it right all the time. Same for each one of us. I hope he reconsiders.

  • @IamGodSon
    @IamGodSon 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Unfortunately here I disagree completely with Dr otabil.
    He himself has violated his own principles of biblical interpretation- talking with confidence on an assertion that is not supported by the entirety of scriptures.
    Curses do exist and deuteronomy is replete with them. To toil the soil of bristles and thorns is a CURSE not a blessing. The reversal of the curse is a land cultivable with minimal toil.
    To say someone has to over come a toil by hard work is foolishness.
    The reversal of the curse is fruitful work. Does it mean all hardwork is a curse? No. But fruitful work with less waste of useful energy is THE BLESSING.
    Jesus redeemed us from the curse of the broken laws of our ancestors but just like salvation is not automatic that redemption too is not automatic. It must be accessed by repentance and reconciliation towards those offended by the actions of our forebears.
    So if your grandfather brought in a curse via murder, repentance and reconciliation towards the affected family must precede redemption of that curse.
    Simply saying that Jesus work is superior to all curse is NOT active faith, it is just mental acknowledgement. That unfortunately is not sufficient. Reconciliation and restitution must be done.
    A thief must repay seven fold.
