Along with his volunteer conservation work in forestry, Astro Ford has also done a bit of rock climbing so he can't wait for the chance to get up a tree as an arborist. But there are a few steps along the way before he's allowed to get involved with a harness and ropes.
Keen to do whatever he can, first up Astro tries out the stump grinder before moving on to the chipper -- another of the arborist's machinery arsenal. What he's really waiting to get his hands on though is the chainsaw! With that conquered and some knot homework completed, he's back to see whether he can shimmy up a tree and prune like an expert.
