Very chaotic city nothing in common with other Balkan or European cities no public transportation trains don’t exist in Tirana witch is unusual for a country in Europe.they want tourists but they don’t want to create the most basic infrastructure.Albania is so behind the rest of Europe at least 50 to 60 years!
why is it behind? Because of the ottomans. Tirana is atleast a city that lives. Full with colors and young people. I live in Germany / Berlin and I honestly think that Tirana is 100x better

so Tirana has nothing in common with other balkan cities huh? have you ever seen the chaos or dirtiness of Athens? the homeless people in athens city center and people taking hard drugs openly?? did u see that in Tirana, don't think so. have you seen the run down buildings in the center in Sofia? what tourists, those peasants that come to Albania because they cannot afford Greece or Croatia?? please don't come to my country. go and visit Greece and Croatia while you are being pickpocketed and being charged 5 times for food.
