Where do I buy that thing you used to pop out the little circles and pieces and what is it called. Also where did you say you buy those cellophane bags from? I am new at this stuff and still learning so I have no idea what things I need to make some of these projects!!!!
Daiso, it is a Japanese store similar to a dollar store where most things are $1.50. unfortunately it is only in limited areas, mostly on the West Coast.
