I guess it all depends on what you are chasing. Base set building seems a bit easier with how many cards you get in the hangers. Thanks for sharing as always!
So I will have to say hangers. I’ve pulled 6 of the PP-1 Paw Patrol out of hanger boxes and they’ve sold for $170, $130, $150, $90, $91 and $75, so I can’t be upset. Looks like those have settled to be around $50 cards now

For value, I think so. The hangers are really close, though. That one blaster killed any chance the hangers had.
