I also have memories of my parents going to a secret spot in the woods and I would pick violets. Each person in our small Ohio town had their own special spot. Such good eats!!! Thanks for the memories! 😊💕💕💕

Heyy enjoyed the visit. Trees are beautiful. We used to have morells behind our house then up popped a housing development. My oldest was so mad cuz that was his income. Take care

Oklahoma has morels as well. My brother and sister in law live there and we went hunting for some when we were there visiting. We had a blast and found a few sacks full! So delicious and there were plenty to not only fry up, but dehydrate and put away for later. Good times!
