Those flashbacks help ease my tension at this crucial point in time, especially since papalapit na yung Bar hehehe
What the retired Assoc. Justice said really gave me much needed motivation right now in my undergrad years. Yes, we must study. But not for the honor, but to safeguard the interests of the people as lives are at stake. This generation and future generations forthcoming. We must take each note by heart and pray that we would execute our faculties flawlessly. I am a first-year Biology student whose plans are directed towards Medicine. Law has been my passion ever since and I intend to take it after my residency. I've been struggling to understand just why am I making these extra efforts. Thanks to this recit scene, however, I can now settle on this purpose. Thank you Attorney for featuring this film as I genuinely haven't heard of it before.

One of the toughest professors is Dean/Justice Isagani Cruz. During our time in mid 1980s (also in Beda) you have to answer within 5 seconds or else you get a 5. There was one time when a string of students ( 4 or 5) got a 5 as no one was able to give the right answer, he walked out of the class.

Hi Mar! Maraming factors yung pag “lagas”. Una na dyan, madaming nagqquit kasi hindi na kinakaya yung demands ng law school. Pwede ding nagquit kasi they realized na hindi naman na pala nila gusto mag-law. May mga iba kasi na pinilit lang ng magulang, o kaya na peer pressure kaya nag-law. Third, hindi naabot ang maintaining grades. Iba iba ang policy ng schools about the maintaining grades - minsan meron ka dapat abutin na average, may number ng subjects ka lang na pwedeng ibagsak, etc. Wag kang panghinaan ng loob. Kasi kung gusto mo ang law school, madali mo syang matututunan. Mapapagsumikapan mo syang intindihin at aralin. Basta ang mahalaga, maging focused ka pag nasa law school ka na. Kayang kaya mo yan!! 💜💜💜 Good luck! 😊

Both. Per year level, may required grade. Also, there are certain rules being imposed by some law schools like bawal kang bumagsak ng certain number of subjects per sem; or pwede bawal mong ibagsak ang same subject twice; or may required average na kailangang imaintain. Dahil sa mga rules na yan, either sumuko na yung studyante o unfortunately, matanggal. 😢
@@KeijEjercito actually most courses that have board exams are like this i am currently a 4th year student in med tech (pre med course) at first we have 300 students in our batch and we have a battery exam during second year if you fail you cant proceed to third year which is the hardest now we only have 120 students in our batch 😢😢
One more thing,in the case of AMPATUAN vs.People of the Philippines,how come it has been considered as the"TRIAL OF THE CENTURY"when in fact there are so many witnesses and also airtight evidences already presented by the prosecution panel?FYI:I am already subscribed, please feed my wondering mind.
It amazed me by knowing that FORENSIC SCIENCE is not HIGHLY ( should I address it this way; disregarded)applied in every solving a case?well, I can tell by having it seen/heard from crime news reports.The case of Ms.Dacera was just one of too many to mention unsolved cases due to lacking of FORENSIC SCIENCE.

Hi Frederick. Actually, no. Maraming iba’t ibang uri ng work ang lawyer. Hindi naman lahat nasa court room. Lahat ng govt agencies and even companies may lawyers. So marami ka namang options. 💜

Hello po, Dream ko tlga makapasok sa law school since elem days pero currently im finishing my mechanical engineering degree. 12 yrs na ako dito and bottom ako palagi. para akong dyslexic pero sa math kht anong sipag ko sa aral wla tlga. Pero i feel na sa law school pasok yung strengths and hilig ko. Matalas memory ko sa memorization, recit is my kind of thing, yan ang best part for me sa isang subject.. may chance po kaya na ma accept ako sa law school kht ganun grades ko. sabit sa passing and 12 yrs in engineering 😢.
Nung hs school ako nananawa mga teacher skn kapag Aralin pan lipunan, english, filipino, elfili, noli. Lagi sinasabi skn wla na ba ibang kamay lol.. mahilig dn kse ako mag basa lalo na about sa mga ganyan topic andyan yung peak ng interest ko. Im really considering na ituloy yung dream ko na makapasok sa law school. engineering isnt my choice dn po kse.

I think i have to answer this one. Bar questions dont really ask u to compute, kung meron mang real computation, very seldom. u dont have to answer in numbers, instead, u could answer in, like, "half or whole of the estate", or "multiplied by 30%" then state your basis and conclude by applying the law

I think i have to answer this one. Bar questions dont really ask u to compute, kung meron mang real computation, very seldom. u dont have to answer in numbers, instead, u could answer in, like, "half or whole of the estate", or "multiplied by 30%" then state your basis and conclude by applying the law
