This was my first ever concert! As a teenager in the 2010s I lacked resources. Couldn't leave my house. Didn't have much friends. My only source of distraction was music. Listening to metallica and learning how to play there songs. I would watch their concerts on TH-cam with dial up and often would wonder what it would be like to see them in a concert. It finally happened a few weeks ago 😭😭 and I still can't get over it. The fact that James never forgets where he came from is awesome. I'm from Norwalk California myself 🙏

I was on the floor when "Creeping Death" started, the mosh pit started on the first second...all beers, cellphones landed on our heads! Sooo Metal!!!Thank you for posting!🤘🤘🤘
Same here. I wasn't familiar with most of the setlist but they are so good and I had floor seats which is so immersive. I still consider it a top 5 concert I've been to.
I remember in the 90’s, during the early days of the internet, arguing with people online that Load was garbage. Here we are in 2023 with Metallica playing two concerts in a row without repeating any songs. How many songs from Load are they doing both nights? When the black album came out, what song did they release first to set the tone? It was Enter Sandman, a classic. What song did they release first from Load? Do you even remember? It was Until They Sleep. When was the last time you heard them play that song live? Exactly!!’
The audio sounded pretty bad from the 500 section. Sucks because I saw them at the rosebowl back in 2017 and the audio was perfect that day compared to this concert. There was a lot echo at sofi, not a fan of the venue.
Same for me, couldn't make out any of guitar parts or vocals for Panteras set, Metallica's set was a little better but the sound from section overall was terrible, very upsetting
@@guybarnes5539 I'm sure the closer you are to the mixing/audio it's a better experience. Just a shame cause at the rose bowl I was pretty far back and the audio that day was amazing, so I was expecting the same but different venues require different audio engineering.
It sounded horrible in the 400. My 1st time at Sofi...is the sound always that lousy? If so, ill never see another show at SoFi Im taking my girlfriend to see Ed Sheeran there next month, let's see if that mix sucks

I was in section 312 out of 500 and something. Coulda been louder. Lamb of God at the youtube theater ( same location) was way better. Looked forward to this pretty much all my life. Slight disappointed but I had a great time.🤘😈
The band sounded great last night but whoever mixed the sound needs to be fired. The sound sucked. It was echo-y and muffled. You couldn't barely hear any lyrics from James. It sounded like a mish mash of sound.

Great concert but sound no good .also ,some man grabbed me by my forearms n peirce his nail in my arm in the handicapped section anyone with video be very appreciated. EmT fixed me up.😊

The sound at SoFi is terrible for this type of show. I love Metallica and they were great but SoFi Stadium is bad for concerts.

Yes exactly. I was there for the Sunday night show and the audio was terrible. I've seen Metallica many times and this was by far the worst
