A well trained body will result in a calm and clear mind. Try it, when you feel angry or anxious, exercise, you'll calm down when your body had enough training. Do this daily and you'll be surprised how calm you are. Just stay away from pre-workout supplements or any other performance/bulk boosting supplements. Those mess up your mind as much as your body.
