The estate is still developing, Many empty land, hopefully the coming developments will focus on highrise luxury. Sujimoto want to build a 33 floors building there, that is nice. We already have many duplexes in other estates. But they must be properly checked to avoid collapse. .
My village here is more beautiful than banana island and houses dont cost anywhere near that..l prefer the road leading to the island than the island itself.🤔😆Nice one though Tolu,thank you.

Clumps of bushes, open gutters , broken culverts, when shall we get rid of the third world mentality??? I am so glad for all our vloggers, because they are recording for posterity's sake! A visionary leadership would use their recordings as a "things to do" manual in times to come!
