When God created the light he declared that the evening and the morning were the first day. According to the calendar the first day is Sunday and the seventh is Saturday. All the things you talked about in keeping the Sabbath we do on Saturday beginning from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. It is such a special time that the day actually feels different than all the other days. Without this day of rest I would be a mess. But spending this time with God is a beautiful thing that nothing else can do. Love the Sabbath. When people ask my why I don't keep any other day I tell them that was God's invitation to His party. If I go on another day I miss it. I worship on all days but this one is His party day.
