MODDER HAS AN ILLEGAL BUILD?!

- A Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 PS5 modder has an illegal moveset. AKA he's a modder. He has a few different Awoken Skills on one build, such as Kaioken, Super Saiyan 2 and Future Super Saiyan and a few of the recent Festival skills which as of right now are not available for our CACs. But apart from that, the guy is just... eh.

Reasons why I think using more than one Awoken skills is not a good Idea. But thats just me saying I prefer not cheating by avoiding Evasive skill with awoken skill.

Okay so I don't play the game so I don't quite get how busted the move set is. Can someone explain roughly how good it actually is?
someone who plays the game here! its not busted. its honestly one of the worst builds you can make with console mods
@DavetrapCourier6 That sounds about right. Are some of them just bad or is it like playing with only banned yugioh cards, where the synergy they have with other cards makes them broken?

anyways if livion is ever defeated my suggestion is you should replace a move with sledghammer so whenever you break their guard you send them to the ground and crush them much more easily
