RX6600 > 1660 super/ti, better value to performance in the current market, also your cpu will be 100% utilized due to a weaker gpu, you will need to upgrade your stock cooler due to this. The ram stick is supposed to start in slot 2 I thought or it doesn't matter as long as it is in slot 2 or slot 4?
Putting your ram sticks into slots 2 and 4 will enable dual channel (some motherboards have it in slot 1 and 3)

RTX 2060 is far more powerful when it is paired with ryzen 3.. use ryzen 5 3600 or ryzen 7 5800x

I think it depends on the motherboard, but yeah I believe it's supposed to be slot 2 first, not slot 4 first

1660s is usually better and can be cheaper too
Ti is better than Super, but you barely lose about 5 FPS difference in both graphs apparently in Benchmarks
