Q1..The anomaly is called congenital polycystic kidney. The cause of it is that there is no communication between the secretory part and the collecting part of the renal tubules ,so the urine is stored in these cysts , which may appear like bubbles on the outer surface of the kidney . Q2..The congenital anomaly is called ectopic pelvic kidney due to short ureter.Before removing this bulk of fat, the surgeon must have done ultrasonography or x- ray to know the structure inside this bulk of fat.

thank you so much dr for this great leacture you are a typical (منقذ) wallah to us but i have questions concerning the video the first is that im confusing the second and third stage of kidney development , i understand each of them separately . but i'm confused if they are related to each other or there is a link between them? is the second one finish completely then the third one starts ??? i mean because each form s shaped tubule (im sorry if my question is not clear im confused already) the second question is that there sth written in the book that i didnt understand its written that (contact with connecting tubule is essential to produce proteases which break down the extracellular matrix between the metanephrogenic tubule and the connecting tubule) what does this mean ? also its written about the metanephrogenic cap that (it lies opposite one collecting tubule) what does this mean ???
Hi , I hope you are doing good . According to your first question : the mesonephros , 2nd kidney stege , ends completely then the 3rd kidney stage begins . I have no any idea about your 2nd question, sorry sister .
دكتور الbowman's capsule مره كاتبين تتكون من mesonephric tubules في mesonephros stage و كاتبي كمان انها تتكون في الsecretory part في metanephric stage هل معناها تتكون من منطقتين ولا شو
في الحالة الأولى تتكون من ال mesonephric.. فقط لتتكون كلية مؤقته. و بعد فترة تتحلل هذه الكلية المؤقته و مكوناتها بما فيها ال bowman capsule خاصتها ، ثم تبدَأ مرحلة تكوّن كلية دائمية من ال metanephric و تتكون حينها ال bowman capsule الخاصة بها.
