Almost certainly a refresh rate mismatch between camera and screen, which wouldn't be visible in person.

I would rather not.... I thought you were installing a different screen and radio all together. If that screen isnt touch screen then this was a complete waste of time.
You’re going from non CarPlay to CarPlay w/o paying for coding and $800 in parts, so definitely not a waste of time
