How do they do that little call thing that sounds like a gurgle? Is it done in the back of their throat (like a cats purr) or are they actually using their tongue to make the sound??? It's hard to tell, since all they appear to be doing is opening their little mouths...

As always u guys are all so amazing caring for these babies like this! So awesome seeing them progress the way they are, little Merlin has come such a long way, his poor little down turned mouth still makes him just look so sad. But u can tell how much happier and trusting he has become. And thank God for little Jerry' leg! 💜💜 I cant wait to see how little Sticks is doing ! Poor dude! ALSO thank u for the longer video..I still of course wish they were at least 20 minutes lol but 8-10 mins is great! Keep up the good work yall,I wish I was there with ya instead of in Maryland lol 💜😚💜

Oh man I forgot just how skinny Merlin was and this was after he had put weight on...this poor baby boy must have been so close to death when you guys found him. I can’t believe he lasted that long without his Mom & troop which meant he had no protection and he was to young to really know how to forage for food which is why he was so thin...it was a miracle he survived and especially that a predator didn’t find him. Poor baby I can’t imagine how scared he was, these little ones are such survivors! ❤️
Poor baby, i hope Stitch could walk with that broken bone. How did his tail got broken? Or leg? And would another monkey would do that to the baby? I just think it is unlikely that an adult monkey would do that to a baby.
zerious1016, it is usually a new alpha male or two females fighting and sometimes just a mean male, a predator or a Raptor grabs them, I agree with you I hope he heals and will be able to use his leg :)
Like Sharon said, it could definitely have been a male monkey. But by the sounds of the story the farmers told us, it seems more likely that Stick was attacked by a dog.
Naw nothing was wasted but the time it took to write such an ignorant comment. There are tons of people and places with every resource doing the tasks you spoke of. Yet these people are the only ones making an effort and contributing to the general welfare to these Monkeys in a region of people who look at them and treat them as pests and so someonr has to do this because they have the right to exist just the same as us.
