Sir this was super tasty...Today we had guest for lunch ....and I recd compliments stating tht chole tasted exactly like the ones in Delhi It felt like we had chole bhature in Delhi ...as I had prepared bhature according to ur recipe ...my hubby was full of praises for me ...
The 4 tbs ghee almost 60 ml to 250 g chhole is disproportionate especially when you recommend it to be eaten with Puris. Please reconsider. Otherwise your followers will have health issues soon after eating your recipes.

Jogging and workouts with good food is important...
Gupta ji use olive oil or any good healthy oil.
But one don't need to eat it every other day. I do once every 3 to 4 month.
gupta ji just don't eat.and stay helthy.
bal gupta who told you ghee gives health issue? Lol
hari singh olive is good only when not exposed to Heat after that it makes no difference, more 70% of olive oil we buy is fake.

Yes if you don't get khoya two options use either condensed milk or milk powder with some ghee..
