All negative comments comes, of course, from the american mentality which they envy all the way though, the success Dubai have had with clean society - low crime, no gangs, no rats garages stealing cars. It's a totally different class !!

My only problem with the whole thing is that there is lack of enough natural light and lack of aeration. what is the purpose of being close to the beach but cannot enjoy the breeze while in the house. I don't know why they are designed that way. May be it is how houses are build in middle east but the whole thing looks like a dark, dull back office in the back alley. Very few windows!! It is like walls and walls and walls!!!! And the windows that are there are too small. I am sure they planned to make a great thing but did it not occur to them that they are no windows? Well, all the best!!!

Dull interior décor. I would not feel lively the way that house looks inside. I would want to pain the rooms different colors. That's just my taste. Where I live has to have pretty colors, be colorful. Otherwise, I would look at this place as dull and boring.
