Passive
The brocade treasure clothes protect the golden cicada, so that the golden cicada resists the hard control every 60~48 seconds.
The golden cicada gains one mark every 2~1 seconds (as the level grows), up to a maximum of 9 layers; When taking damage, consumes a Seal and blocks 30~60 damage.
1st skill
Throws a hoop that traps the first target hit for 3 seconds and deals 200/240/280/320/360/400 (+40% Spell Attack) spell damage to nearby enemies.
2nd skill
Unleash the nine artifacts on the Staff of the Nine Rings, dealing 200/240/280/320/360/400 (+40% Spell Attack) spell damage to the target point and forming a spell circle for 5 seconds, each time the circle hits an enemy, it activates a spell and deals 45/54/63/72/81/90 (+7.5% Spell Attack) spell damage, all active or the duration ends, dealing 250/300/350/400/450/500 (+45% Spell Attack) spell damage and deals an additional 50% damage to creeps and creeps. The circle will automatically track the object carrying the hoop. Nearby lanes and creeps will be affected by the circle and move towards the circle.
3rd skill
Knocks out the Seal of Reincarnation, dealing 400/600/800 (+76% Spell Attack) spell damage and knockback to enemies (distance increases with Spell Attack, up to 1000 Spell Attack), and causes allies (up to 4 players) other than self to gain the Brocade Treasure Effect to block a hard charge for 5 seconds.
If an enemy marked by the Hoop is knocked back to the Hoop or the edge of the terrain, it reflects and deals an additional 200/300/400 (+38% Spell Attack) spell damage.
Targets within the hoop will always be knocked back up to the maximum distance.

Even though Jin Chan is on the unpopular side among CN's mids, i personally wanted him to be released sooner in global over the more popular ones like Xi Shi or Yi Xing to deal with high mobility heroes that are pretty dominating here. Tbf, his lack of mobility and short range on his Skill 1 did mean he could easily become another food for mobile heroes, but just having him as another potential counterpick to them is still a good thing for the game's balance

He was already banned a lot there.
I hope they don't take long to bring him to the global version because he was a hero until recently. ❤
