Your tutorial was by far the easiest one I could find on DIY tissue garland. Awesome job on simplicity
That was very smart to use a plastic table cloth, because not only is it cheap, but it'll last longer than using easy to rip tissue paper.
Omg using tablecloth instead of tissue paper is genius!!! Will save me so much $ thanks!!

I would rub a dryer sheet on them, that usually helps a lot with that sort of thing.
