Where the fist lands IS random on fist of destruction when you trigger three punches but what you're incorrectly doing is giving every possible square they can land on an equal possibility. If you consider there's a giant wheel that gets spun for each of the fists and that wheel has numbers 1 to 4 on it that corresponds to a position it can land in on its respective reel, 1 being the top square and 4 being the bottom, there may be 20 numbers 1s, 15 2s, 10 3s, 5 4s. These numbers are just for this example and are probably way worse but you can see how probability is in play and it's highly probable that you'll spin position 1 for every reel. There is a ton of content on TH-cam detailing how each spin of a slot is entirely random and how it works using RNG and a table of data.
