My father has a doctor's appt. on Tuesday for cancer test results. I have been very fearful of what the doctor will say to my father, but after watching this video I finally found peace. @@freshliving4199 27 years ago, I was bound by a paralyzing fear 24/7. I had been misunderstanding our responsibilities in God and was feeling under pressure and stress. So, I sinfully decided that i would simply ignore God. I was fine for a few days and then I saw something that made me afraid. That one tiny fear opened an entire world of fear that came sweeping into me. I became paralyzed in my life and could barely function. God was showing me that if I wanted to ignore him then I could take on all of God's responsibilities. I was worrying over things that normally God would take care of for us on earth. We have our responsibilities then there are things that are under God's control. Well, I lived in torment for weeks and weeks until I was collapsing under it all. I was totally overwhelmed. Then one day, I felt the peace and presence of God so strong. It was a great comfort. He spoke to me. He told me that every time I felt worried or scared over a problem or a decision, real or imagined. It didn't matter which, I was to hide my face in him the way a child hides his face in his mother's chest. He told me not to try to solve it or even think about it but to hide in him first and just rest there with Him. He told me that only after that was I to look at the problem or fear. He told me that He would do one of three things: 1. I would see the problem completely differently. That what looked like a mountain would now be an anthill and I would see that it wasn't a problem after all. 2. He would take it away for me. 3. He would just tell me what to do about it. Well, I did what God told me to do. The only problem was that I felt anxious and terrified every 5 minutes of my life. So every 5 minutes, I had to turn to God this way. And He would fill me with peace, give my a scripture or a song that would comfort me and answer my fear. Then I had to turn to him every 15 minutes, then every half hour, then every hour. This went on for a year or more. This whole time, I kept thinking that I didn't have enough faith to just immediately to be set free from all the fear the first moment he spoke to me about this. Now, I realize that He let me keep the fear and only took it away in inches at a time. Because this WHOLE TIME, He was teaching me to always be in His presence, constantly inwardly turning to him every moment! He was retraining me to always walk in the Spirit! With my eyes continuously fixed on Jesus! This is the ONLY WAY to get through this life victorious and make it to heaven without falling away! Hahahaha!!! And this all started when I first decided to ignore Him!!! His love and His faithfulness is so very great!!! So, this is why He doesn't immediately deliver us from every sin or fear immediately. If He did this, we would not turn to Him refer to Him or ever come to him in prayer or worship. We would walk independent of Him. He wants to transform us from glory unto glory and this only happens when we are completely dependent on Him for everything. He trains us to always be in His presence and open to His guidance, direction, and His presence at all times. Glory!

@@freshliving4199 , Yes, for the most part. As long as I keep close to the Lord. If I stop spending time with Him and drift, then I have had times of going back into anxiety & worry. But if I stay close to Him and continue to seek His face and continue to do His will, I don’t go into fear. I think life brings circumstances that can cause stress and worry but I know who to turn to and tell him all about it and He is there with me always. Even if I don’t have an answer or sense His presence in every moment, I know that He is always there listening and He is the way. He will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him.

Once I truly accepted Jesus as my savior and started reading the bible, praying... I have much less anxiety. I wont say it erases everything, it doesnt. But it is so so sooo much better. I have a sense of peace about me on a daily that I havent experienced before.

@@freshliving4199 27 years ago, I was bound by a paralyzing fear 24/7. I had been misunderstanding our responsibilities in God and was feeling under pressure and stress. So, I sinfully decided that i would simply ignore God. I was fine for a few days and then I saw something that made me afraid. That one tiny fear opened an entire world of fear that came sweeping into me. I became paralyzed in my life and could barely function. God was showing me that if I wanted to ignore him then I could take on all of God's responsibilities. I was worrying over things that normally God would take care of for us on earth. We have our responsibilities then there are things that are under God's control. Well, I lived in torment for weeks and weeks until I was collapsing under it all. I was totally overwhelmed. Then one day, I felt the peace and presence of God so strong. It was a great comfort. He spoke to me. He told me that every time I felt worried or scared over a problem or a decision, real or imagined. It didn't matter which, I was to hide my face in him the way a child hides his face in his mother's chest. He told me not to try to solve it or even think about it but to hide in him first and just rest there with Him. He told me that only after that was I to look at the problem or fear. He told me that He would do one of three things: 1. I would see the problem completely differently. That what looked like a mountain would now be an anthill and I would see that it wasn't a problem after all. 2. He would take it away for me. 3. He would just tell me what to do about it. Well, I did what God told me to do. The only problem was that I felt anxious and terrified every 5 minutes of my life. So every 5 minutes, I had to turn to God this way. And He would fill me with peace, give my a scripture or a song that would comfort me and answer my fear. Then I had to turn to him every 15 minutes, then every half hour, then every hour. This went on for a year or more. This whole time, I kept thinking that I didn't have enough faith to just immediately to be set free from all the fear the first moment he spoke to me about this. Now, I realize that He let me keep the fear and only took it away in inches at a time. Because this WHOLE TIME, He was teaching me to always be in His presence, constantly inwardly turning to him every moment! He was retraining me to always walk in the Spirit! With my eyes continuously fixed on Jesus! This is the ONLY WAY to get through this life victorious and make it to heaven without falling away! Hahahaha!!! And this all started when I first decided to ignore Him!!! His love and His faithfulness is so very great!!! So, this is why He doesn't immediately deliver us from every sin or fear immediately. If He did this, we would not turn to Him refer to Him or ever come to him in prayer or worship. We would walk independent of Him. He wants to transform us from glory unto glory and this only happens when we are completely dependent on Him for everything. He trains us to always be in His presence and open to His guidance, direction, and His presence at all times. Glory!

@@freshliving4199 , Yes, for the most part. As long as I keep close to the Lord. If I stop spending time with Him and drift, then I have had times of going back into anxiety & worry. But if I stay close to Him and continue to seek His face and continue to do His will, I don’t go into fear. I think life brings circumstances that can cause stress and worry but I know who to turn to and tell him all about it and He is there with me always. Even if I don’t have an answer or sense His presence in every moment, I know that He is always there listening and He is the way. He will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him.
im an ex muslim and a new christian i used to have a lot of fear- anxieties and sometimes anger but since i became christian lord blessed me with so much peace that all my anxieties are gone i always feel the lord is with me and i have no worry thank you jesus you are my only lord and savior

I am a Christian but am of little faith.. because my anxiety and fear has always been rooted in my life. but i never rooted the Word truly and always go to the world for happiness and comfort like going to the well for water. but its never enough or just not good water at all... more like alcohol. im trying to see things past this life and have the perspective Jesus has and gain that understanding that we should really NOT FEAR. i dont want to just live life trying to survive until i go to Heaven. i want a Heaven to take place in me while im here. And the Peace and Understanding of the Holy Spirit to be in my life and shine through for others to see. Once I truly accepted Jesus as my savior and started reading the bible, praying... I have much less anxiety. I wont say it erases everything, it doesnt. But it is so so sooo much better. I have a sense of peace about me on a daily that I havent experienced before.

I suffered from various like, rejection, verbal abuse, post dramatic stress, had six anxiety attacks, lost of loved one and diagnosed with depression in 2016, after i lost my house, cars all my belongings, dignity, selfrepect, etc.
