I think this guy is on to something huge with that screenprint showing every switch location and making it easy even for someone who knows nothing about pinball. That will revolutionize the industry. Great video!!
This dude is the calmest of the calm. Channeling the eye of the hurricane. When I look at him and hear him speak I feel like I need to get to a yoga class. Great video!
Turner Pinball have engineered some incredible pinball advancements and efficiencies in short amount of time. Other pinball manufacturers look outdated in comparison. Awesome effort by the team and hopefully we can get some future Turner Pinball games to Australia.
This is the future of pinball for sure. Turners designs make Stern and all the others look outdated. From a repair guy perspective or even a collector this is amazing. Now I wish I had know this before they sold out.
Its awesome to see you outside the world of art. I truly appreciate all that you do for the art community and the valuable knowledge you share. Can't wait to get your new book soon. You're making a real impact and changing lives, Marco-thank you! It’s also fantastic to know that you’re into pinball also!
@@curtis1997 Thanks man - that means a lot :) Pinball is the one thing for me that rivals art (well, I see these machines as art in the first place, so maybe it's just a different wing of the same thing.) Enjoy the book when it arrives!
Great tour! I really liked the playfield underside. I've seen and played NE, but I never really got a chance to really appreciate what has been done here. One thing you missed unless you have it for later. The playfield surface. There is interested around the playfield surface. It's I guess like a hardtop. It was said the playfield in the unit that was at the Arlington Pin Golf tournament was made out of a composite material that I guess turner moved away from. I just would've liked to have seen and heard more about the play surface.
Nice. With the limited amount of space I see a great opportunity for some 5s. Sort: identify and remove (waste) unnecessary items Set in order: organize the remaining items Shine: cleaning the work area Standardize: establish rules and procedures for the work area Sustain: maintain the new organizational system Looking forward to playing one of these for sure, and wish nothing but the best for Turner Pinball.
You can bet if you get a game from them, it’ll get more of a look see than the big guns for being a smaller group. Great stuff, can’t wait to play Ninja at some point as I hear great things about it. Happy Thanksgiving my man!
That board is cool! Thanks for showing that. Does that setup limit what he can put on the playfield? Like could he put a magnet mech on there using this board system? Looks awesome and love the modular components and silkscreen print on the board along with eliminating so much wiring going this way. So cool.
Cary if you would've gotten the Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage Egg and Cheese biscuits you would know what a What-A-Burger day is. I'm tempted to go right now.
Surely I’m not the only one that had Haggis on their mind while watching this? Not a criticism. Just was a little deja vu-ish. I recall those early tours of the Haggis factory and talking about their production style, innovation with some of their equipment, etc.
He would have more space if he didn't have a row of non company pinball games taking up space. When spooky started with AMH (and I visited their incubator space to pickup my game), there was zero non spooky games. They had enough space to build 5 games a week and that's it. That said, if they plan on 100 games and they are building 5-10 a week, I'm guessing they're already working on game two?
It's clear some of that organization and board logic carried over from deeproot (since he was a part of it), though it looks even more advanced. He clearly spent a lot of time upfront to build pinball as simple and quickly as possible. I really do like how he's approaching this, so many new manufacturers build pinball like a homebrewer and there's just a mess of wires underneath. He's at least on Stern's level of manufacturing (could use some flow like cells with conveyors) but that will come with time and ramping up volume.
I never liked cinnamon rolls! All bread some dry and a bit of tasty cinnamon and sweetness in the center! Don't like them! Not saying that some might actually be good but never experienced it! Not for me.

Excellent, I'm very impressed with turner pinball.
The design of the underside of the playfield is magnificent. I could chill out and do assembly on those rotisseries easily.
such a cool small company. I wish them all the best

Very cool. Love the PCB plug n' play design. Hopefully I get to play this at some point.

Congrats on the new game looks great
What-A-Burger! Cinna-Bonus!! Great job on this video Cary!! Love this Turner tour!!
He reminds me of Phil at Cleveland Software. Same calm demeanor, smart as heck, and both in the pinball business.
Looks great I wish them all the best
I wish those guys every success.

@willierants5880 it's in my Live session with him at some point. He brings out what looks like the hardtop for the game.

They build 4 at a time?! Quad manufacturing lives!!!

Ugh that drive through Austin, my PTSD is triggering. If you've driven that stretch of road you'll likely relate.
I’m so happy to see a full size cabinet. The size to price was a turn off in 2023. Wish I didn’t sleep on this game. Have heard is sold out now.
Cary I’m disappointed no Buc-ee’s appearance 🤪
Board system looks awesome! Nice work.
Cary you could have brought Chris that cinnamon bun, what a waste.
@@InBeforetheLock i would if I hated him. That cinnamon roll was bad!

Looks a great guy and a great company. Hope they succeed. Much respect.
Where does the graphics get printed?
I was wondering that too, skipped right over it between the CNC and wiring.
That calm breezy demeanour got me thunking you might work with sandwich in one hand ..

They do luck nice mr turner
Jason = Brilliant mind
Definitely didn’t need six straight minutes of you rambling in your car, but great video otherwise! 😂👍
Have a whataburger day 🤪😂
Whattaburger is horrible. Should be WhywouldyoueatitBurger.
The bots are DEVOURING your comment section, Cary. This sucks.
@@CasperInkyMagoo what? I don't see anything unusual.
If you dont have a lot of space ---here is an idea ---remove the other games that you are just playing and focus on assemblying more machines.
I was thinking the same thing. Lol.

Ninja Eclipse? Who’s buying that theme?!?
@@ocaptainmycaptain6079 100 people evidently. Sold out.
they're sold out. I bought one.
Great game, I ordered. It’s the only pin I came back to repeatedly at Chicago expo. And I own most all manufacturer games.
Better then a band theme that only appeals to 50+ year old men lmao.
what a nightmare, building pinball machines is awful
