Iam getting over heating problem in honda CB hornet 160r 2018 cbs model for just 5 kms ride iam facing too much heat in my legs and the performance was also not good when the bike gets heat up please tell me the solution?
i cannot tell exactly where the problem is but it could be clutch bell/ housing or clutch assembly or poor engine oil circulation(clogged air filter) or rear wheel drum break issue..replacing clutch assembly should solve 90% of the cases it should cost less than Rs.3000 for replacement including labour charge. By the way dont use fully synthetic engine oil. semi-synthetic 10w-30 or 10w-40 grade is enough...thicker oils make high load on engine leading to heat
