Hi, American here overseas in Vietnam. Ca Phe Sua Da means coffee with milk. David is right that they serve it in little cups and its very concentrated. Oftentimes served with ice and milk. Almost never hot. Should also mention that coffee drinking is a more social thing here where people often go out to small coffee vendors rather than making it at home.
