This was the 19 year old GD. When they were still a trainee they used to have an assignment, they would pick a song, rewrite and rearrange the song and 'This Love' was one of that. Maybe YG really like how GD rearrange it that He included this in their Album. As always thank you for reacting to Bigbang.

I know what you mean about Maroon 5's This Love. I loved it so much when I found out GD did a re-arrangement of it, I was afraid I was going to be biased. Surprisingly I liked GD's version. It sounded like younger and more innocent version, if that makes any sense 😂. Thanks for the reaction!

This song was in the documentary of the making of Bigbang, Ji played it for his seniors and they said it was really really good.
