Nice to see the beginning of "magnetic gold finding partical fishing rods",insulate the magnet in water resistant film, and find that creek with gold🙂great video👍
That was cool, I am not going to lie, I was surprised to see the gold coin attract to your magnet! I have been a gold miner for decades, and though I don't use this personally... Man has been using a gold magnet forever. Mercury on a copper plate ;)
my sir It's so simple It is to add gold to a piece of magnet and the rest of the basic earth elements such as magnesium, manganese and the rest of the elements in certain proportions, and then you spin the magnet piece with an electric field at a speed counterclockwise. Because all experiments overlooked the necessity of gold being an element of the mass of the mag
Hello Sir. Your presentation is really beyond my understanding. I am really impressed that you are doing this research. I feel there is a need to look into this amazing system and you are doing it. I would however like to know a personal question and I hope your not offended. Having some medical experience I hear the stress in your voice and would like to know if you are undergoing treatment for your throat or experiencing difficulties in breathing? Please excuse my intruding into your private matters and I would understand no reply. Blessings and know you are prayed for.
Well done.Full marks.Iam astonished that the master magnet has been around so long and no one has chosen to develop it.I live in Edmonton and our North Saskatchewan river has gold in it.But not much concentration.A friend of mine tried mining this with pick and shovel and at the end of four months of hard labor wound up with eight hundred Canadian dollars.Another friend of mine took me gold panning and we wound up with a few specks of gold and, some platinum iridium cubes and a few tiny rubies. As I understand your basic observation motion plus magnetism equals gold attraction. The aluminum channel demonstration was particularly instructive. If this was my project I would get things down to the size of a fishing lure and you could have the basis of non-invasive dredging.I would also look at jacking up the power and altering the frequency to favor gold I am looking forward to your development of this and am itching to try a bit of it myself.I predict that gold fishing will become a popular sport
Hey Homer, thanks for the note. I am in Edmonton and spent a lot of time sluicing the NSR. A few of us meet from time to time to discuss ideas about panning around Edmonton and BC. Let me know if your interested in having coffee with us for our next meeting. Thats a very good idea to gold fish with this device, it did not occur to me. Ken
Can the core be galvanized? Does it need to be touching the copper? How did you cut the bale wire? Could you do intercore plastic copper bale wire plastic then copper wire ?
Hey FTIC, thanks for the comment. Its interesting in that when passing through a changing magnetic field, gold will slow down but silver will be repelled.
You know the bearings on a bike is it posible to make a few out of gold but thicker spin opposit direction at high speeds for forced gold magnitisum? And nice video
Hi Sol Goode, Anything is possible. I cannot comment on the resulting magnetic forces unless I saw a drawing. You could vibrate permanent magnets to create the same fields this does. Remember what Faraday taught us - a changing magnetic field creates an opposing field.
this video gave me an idea. string several of these magnets together to form a rotating magnetic feild and use that to catch gold and keep it from moving further down a sluice box in a mining operation. i dont know how plausible this idea might be, but might be worth a try.
I had never heard of a 'master magnet'. I am very familiar with the eddy current usage. I am wondering about the eddy current effect using a master magnet. Well done and well spoken.
Interesting question Michael. Its my opinion, and its up for debate, but I consider electricity to be nothing. Its is the effect of movement and that can be measured in magnetic field but not actual particles of electricity. With that said, the eddy currents are back emf produced from the magnets field movement. These movements are caused by the AC rather than a traditional physical dynamo. For the magnet to have attraction, it needs to have an even amount of washers which is to say that 1, 3 and 5 will not work. This is because the washers are flipping the fields direction and projecting it to the attracting surface. Interesting is that using 1, 3 or 5 washers will cause repulsion rather than attraction.
Hi Ken, you inspired an idea. I don't want to say it here, because, you might be working on what I am thinking lol. Also, you had some older video's of a more complex sluice that I wanted to see again. Are they still on youtube ?. Thanks
Hey Brad, I do have an excellent sluice that includes a shaker deck, screens and several magnetic arrays however I never did a video on it working. I do have videos of making it but they are not posted. Knowledge should be free so if you got something please share it with the world.
Hi David. Thanks for a great question. It may sound crude but I use tooth floss for strings. The reason is that the wax on it prevents electrostatic effects in my tests.
I love that magnetic t magnet gold. But , how to make a gold tetector to detect a hidden gold or treasure under ground or in a hidden in the stone or rock? Sir, can you invent or make and intoduce how to make it? I want to have a gold detector to start treasure hunting for the hidden wealth/gold... Thanks much sir...
I subscribe your channel sir very good information about the magnet with gold detection sir how can we use it for magnetic gold locater if you make a gold locater with this method it will be better and use in magnetic field for burried gold deposit thanks
if an iron object is attached to a traditional magnet, it becomes magnetic too and attracts other iron objects. in your project, if you attach some gold object to the copper washer while its working, is that gold object attracts other golds?
This is quite interesting and it got me thinking of a compound that could be used to map out hysteresis loops in metals using other diamagnetic and semiconductors
interesting. As a prospector I use a specific gravity test to determine types of materials. It may be possible to map a specific diamagnetic chart in the same fashion.
I am not versed in science but I am curious how tungsten would react with the electro magnet or the aluminum channel with the magnet. More specifically how would it react to a fake gold coin with a tungsten core. Would it react the same as all gold or would it have a different reaction.
Wow! Awesome vid, i struggle with deep scientific concepts but get a little closer to feeling like i understanding everytime i come across something like this. Thankyou! Subbed
Interesting. So, I have an idea. What if you put a solid core master magnet centered in a hollow tube of a larger master magnet or surround a tube with several master magnets in an array, and instead of copper you used a superconductor with less resistance, such as a Niobium based titanium or tin magnet in a cooled chamber to maximize function and efficiency and then, you applied 2 separate electric currents and spin them in opposite directions, thus generating resonant electromagnet energy. By adjusting the current and spin of either magnet, you can tune the threads to suppress certain frequencies and yet intensify others through an interference pattern. theoretically and in concept only, this should allow you to attract, repel, and even leave alone different kinds of non-ferrous materials simultaneously by tuning the frequencies to the NMR resonance of the materials. You could, for instance, run a sluice at precise measurement between the inner and outer magnets with a mixture of non-ferrous materials and by locking the currents to those specific resonant frequencies, vibrate selected materials to either one side or the other of the sluice. A nuclear magnetic resonance sorter, which could hypothetically allow you to pull and distinguish pure elements from each other. Similar to the function of an MRI imager but with another magnet in the center to generate energy and interference. Such a machine would likely be hazardous to humans, but if done correctly and in an enclosed environment it could be contained and then flow out the other end of this machine separated at production speeds. This would, of course, require an immense amount of energy and coolant, and the upkeep costs of an industrial line would probably be close to 10x that of a medical grade MRI machine... but, it's an idea for a novelty invention that could produce complete yields of pure materials without the need for amalgam and chemical electrolysis, the value in applications of which would far exceed the need for better efficiency.
Ken, I'm watching the movement of the materials and they appear to be drawn to the discontinuities (space btwn washers). is it possible to have these discontinuities running lengthwise (tubes inside tubes) with some soft iron as a core? You may see a difference. worth trying? I noticed also the movement of the coin rolling / stopping / slowing where the field was most active (at the corners of the bar). but this is also representative of a DC field so maybe AC isn't the attractant. Just my thoughts but let me know if any of this works or not. Later,
I know Maglev train system uses electromagnet & aluminum to make it run on high speeds, Japan's bullet trains are the perfect example. Thanks for the idea in applying it to gold.
would the atraction become stronger when you use more than 60hz? And lets say you would place 500 magnets in a sluice box, wouldn't the gold stick to the magnets when its moved allong the magnets because of the water, just how you moved the coins past the magnet with the ledge?
Hi Michel, These are good questions. I am revising the magnet to test out several factors and how they effect its attraction. I suspect that once the concept is finalized it would not involve a sluice box but rather a method of spreading the materials and pulling the metals out of it.
Ken, when you used the permanent magnet with the Aluminum channel did the channel cross both poles of the magnet? If so try it with only the North Pole of the magnet as the North Pole always has a stronger flux field.
Hey ChicagoThunder, thanks for the comment. According to all my tests, I do not think the North pole is stronger than the South, further, I don't believe there are such things as North and South poles on a permanent magnet. Poles only are used when referring to one magnets attraction or repulsion to another. Either can be North or South depending on how its labeled.
Hi It was very interesting I'm researching whether magnetometers can detect buried gold ?!! According to popular belief, gold is a non-magnetic metal and therefore not detected by a magnetometer, but considering the effect of the Earth's field on gold and the reaction of gold to the Earth's field, as well as the observation of such experiments, we can say yes! Gold can be detected by a magnetometer What do you think about this ?
Hi there I haven't attempted to do anything so far but out of my conviction of your demonstration I really interested to have one to use. I am running my owned alluvial mining here in my country, Papua New Guinea.
That's so cool, I would love to visit your area some day. Let me know if you build one and we can go over some of the advancements that could be implemented. kk
Very cool. I believe there is a vortex, four, actualluy. Flux lines are not pulling on each other or the metal, according to my theory, its turning the ferro materials into temperary magnets, the flux lines are aligning movable neutron in materials, which enable them to create flux lines of their own. I have a video on it. I believe your magnets power would be increased by changing the frequency of your voltage, more so than adding more power. I suspect different materials will be more attractive at different frequencies. I would start with 12 volts, at 10 miliamps and do tests at safe power levels if you decide to test this. I actually really like how you presented this. I'm going to research the master magnet. Have a great day.
Hi Gristle, Von Raben, Thanks for the comment. You are correct on the flux lines. Its an astute observation that indeed different frequencies and current will effect the magnets attraction. I am working on a revised version of the magnet to test just these ideas out. Will post the results once I have them.
obviously the electricity is jumping to the gold and it is holding some capacitance and it drawn to the circuit.... i don't know if i would call that magnetic as much as electric.. of course they aren't very different... but could it just be the conductivity of gold and some holding capacity? you're using quite a bit of electricity to make gold do a rather superfluous thing unsure what the result is or means?
Thanks for the comment Fairy Squirt, Science is like a Picasso painting in that each person sees it the way that makes sense to them. As such I agree and respect your way of looking at this. The way I see it is that electricity does not exist as a thing but rather is just a result of movement or effort. Its actually the magnetic fields that are moving against each other. The magnetic fields are being transferred to the coin, as you said. The fields are generated to repel against each other.
Hi Ken, great video! I have a few remarks and questions: You seem to be using a 3/8" bolt, and not a 5/8"? Does the bolt have a head? is there a metal nut on top of the plastic spacer to make sure the coper rings and the spacer stay in place? There seems to be a gap also when inserting the core part into the cover part. Does the bolt and the baling wires stick out of the core and touch the bottom of the inside of the cover? Which winder did you use to wind the coil? Thanks A LOT!
Hey Matthew, Thanks for the comment. I am using a stainless steel 3/8" x 2" bolt. It has a hexagon head and should be found at most all hardware stores. The head is left on and at the back of the coil. The front of the coil has a plastic washer to hold the copper washers from falling down the threads. Its important to have both the bolt and wires flush with the outside surface of the copper washers. I just coiled it by hand, its not difficult.
Manual winding. Great Job! I find it hard on my side to have a perfect winding... Do you remember if you started winding towards the right, or the left? not sure if that makes a difference, but I have a sneaky suspicion that it affects the attraction or repulsion of the metal... Thanks again!
Being right handed I help the coil in my left hand and wind with the right. Going clockwise. With ac it shouldn't make a difference which way the current flows or which way it's winded.
The Canadian quarter locked onto the magnet because of it's high nickel content. Nickel is one of the few non-iron elements that are truly magnetic. Believe it or not, liquid oxygen is also magnetic. If you had a plastic thermos full of liquid O2, it would stick to a strong magnet also.
You got it. I always describe having a PhD as:- Well, you have to explain it to me because I am trained to really know nothing until I am taught. seem right to you???...lol

It is known that there are micro particles of gold suspended in the ocean. Would it be possible to place a large device like yours underwater or on the hulls of ships which would then attract particles out of the water and build up a deposit on the magnet head which could then be extracted later after there was enough to extract?
@@Seeds-Of-The-Wayside Yes and no. I have been thinking about this for years. I think a device could be built to act as a mega spawning grounds signal to the fish right in off a boat. Before 1968, Canadian coins were mostly, if not completely, pure silver like our coins were before 1965. I was a kid back then and had a ball collecting coins from my paper route. My older brother had a route 7 years before I did. The Rochester, (N.Y.) Times Union was $.42 a week for 6 day delivery. His customers used to give him old half dollars and tip him the 8 cents change or old silver dollars, some dating back into the 1800's, and asked for 50 cents in return. Something told him to save those. They put him through his first year of college. Some at their antique value, some at the scrap silver price that was about $4.00 or $5.00 on the dollar back then.
that starts a very interesting discussion Jeff. Back then the metal for coins took real effort to mine and produce into money. Fiat currency can work as an exchange of work but ONLY if its not printed at will for any pet project a politician wants in order to get re-elected. The system is busted now and caution is advised in our near future. Back in the day a millionaire was rare, now there are billion'airs'. Soon Zillinairs as govs print more and more to keep the system going. That's the major flaw in the money system and why I encourage everyone to own silver and gold. Be your own central banker!
Gold is usually in the company of black sand . Have you experimented with this mix? If so Will it catch them both at the same time .or one over the other ?
Hey Bart, Agreed, black sands and gold are often together. This magnet will attract the black sands stronger than gold, silver or copper. In my sluice box I have a first row of permanent magnets that pull out the magnetic materials, then a second above the riffles to draw the gold down into them. Works well that way.
Quicksilver attracts only heavier metal , than itself ! no sands . 1 pound of it in a motorised cement mixer with a hundred pounds of wash dirt , at a time , could cut you a living .. As long as you separated it safely in a retort system to recycle 100% of the quicksilver , which also purifies it.
I believe such experimentation , has more beneficial applications than gold recovery , all you greeeeedy ol bastards lol.. Lets talk anti gravity , and generating energy .
Hi es Kimo; thanks for the comment. As it is, the magnet attracts all ferrous metals. We have been having a good discussion on the magnet and it appears that the lower a materials electrical resistance, the stronger it it attracted.
Your video intrested me. I would like to see the magnetic field lines visually, with iron filings and then also with copper powder and finally with gold powder. My hypothesis is that the "center electrode" is actually the centerpoint where the eddy currents are less. Similar to an airfoil creating a low pressure area above the wing and a high pressure area below. It may be that the field shape is not a traditional torus shape. It may be many seperate fields dispersed around the outside of the diameter, which would create a "low pressure" area in the center, near the steel bolt. So, I belive there is field eddy currents everywhere along the outside diameter, but fewer eddy currents in the center of the cylinder. I think perhaps the coin is being *pushed* into the center from the outside diameter eddy currents rather than *pulled* by a magnetic attraction. Of course, that is only a theory. I would love to look at the field lines through one of those devices which allow you to visualize them.
I'm going to put together a 3D magnetic field demonstration device using a clear square plastic box ($ store), mineral oil and steel filings (free, from the brake drum machine at a tire shop) classified to 200 mesh. Thanks for the video, Ken, it kicked me in the brain pan ;)
This is the second time I watched your video. I bought 20 neodymium magnets. 2"x1"x1/8". I plan to put on a metal strip's. 2 row's about 3" apart across my gold cube tray. Hope to have more gold to drop. Thank's for taking the time and sharing.
I like it better then sluice boxes. I have 2 boxes, 1 bazooka and then a regular. I needed something I could set up and leave alone. I recirculate the water. It grabs the fine's and micro's. I have 4 catch basin's for the tailing's. I dont run river or stream stuff, I have 2 mine's. I run through a crusher and it turns all to a powder, then through cube. The assay/refiner say's, my sulfide's also have gold. So the cube also grab's sulfide's. But I have found, that I now run all 3 time's. It also grab's magnetites, which I toss away. I found 2nd run I still had gold, so first run I missed some. So I run all 3 times. Thats why I am going to try your magnet idea, to slow the gold, so it drop's. I pay guy's to load trucks and bring to my house, here I process. After cube I pan down more, then dry and remove magnetites, then toss in HCl and peroxide for 2 days, then precipitate back with smb[stump out]. I want to get all the gold I can for my work. I am getting a second cube, so I can process more. Now I do a ton of rock a week, would like to do 2 or 3 ton's a week. So yes I would say the gold cube work's. Best Luck to you,,,Get the Shinny.
the refiner says 3 to 3 1/2 oz per ton 18k, silver 20-21 gram, 8-9 gram platinum. I just started acid the gold to make pure. The refiner is a friend of my father's. He WAS retired, not any more. He want's to come down to refine here instead of me shipping stuff. Thats how I found out my sulfide's also had gold and why I'm getting into nitric acid so I can get the gold from the sulfide's also. I just got off the phone with the refiner, he has me doing a test on a possible 3rd area.
It’s Awesome of you to do this work and even more awesome you make this knowledge available to every one I have an application that I would love to try this on would you be willing to let me ask you a couple questions directly ?? If it works Out you can share my results also
have you heard of a book called "Design, Construction & Operating Principles of Electromagnetics for Attracting Copper, Aluminum & Other Non-Ferrous Metals"?
Hey TJ. Thanks for the interesting comment. I am going to have to think about that and do some tests to see if attraction can be done in the inside. Kk
@@kylestrokelitus360 a shaded pole motor is a variety of brushless AC motor. A three phase, for instance, approximates a rotating magnetic field by placing three coils at 120 degrees to each other. A conductive armature placed inside the field will rotate with it. Once rotating even a single field is enough to maintain rotation as long as the armature is nearly synchronous with the reversing field. A shaded pole motor is a single coil on a laminated iron core with two copper single loops cut in on the trailing edge to create a phase shift of the field to start the motor rotating. Examples are small fans or mechanical electric clocks. So this is an example of part of the alternating field lagging the main field. Exactly the same as a shaded pole motor.

@@kylestrokelitus360 Thanks. I am an old generalist with a 62 year background in electronics and an interest in science, presently trying to wrap my head around quantum field theory. No end of fun. 🤓 Back to magnetic fields, a great example of paramagnetic properties is a mechanical speedometer. A copper cup around a permanent magnet. The magnet was spun on a cable driven from the output of the transmission, and the cup was connected to a spring and pointer. The faster the magnet spun the more force against the spring. Simple and good enough, usually. The resistance to motion through the magnetic field is a result of the induced electric currents and the short circuit through the metal. If you look at a fan armature, they are designed to optimize the effects, copper wires on an iron core shorted out on copper end plates. Often called a squirrel cage motor as the copper parts do resemble a squirrel cage.

Have a good day sir, May i ask some question sir?in that magnet,we only gold and selver will magnetized on that setting?.i have an idea to want this way of gold hunting beside a river.if i can do this electromagnetic material, would be able to use the 12 volts battery or direct electricity with in 220 volts stable?.(alternate use transformer)
Hi James, Thanks for the comment. All elements that are conductive (silver, iron, gold, copper, platinum and more) will be attracted with the magnet. It is quite possible to use the magnet to attract gold by the river using a battery system and transformer however I would wait until we fine tune it. I have a new magnet that uses much less electricity but I have not completed it yet.
Hi Ken, great to see you back and doing so well. If I can make an observation with your neo mag and gold demonstration I think everyone will see something that is not mentioned. Your coin stopped at the corner of your magnet, freewheeled past the center, then stopped at the other corner. The corners or sides of a magnet has vastly different properties than the center. I'm wondering if you considered this when you built the array on your sluice ?. I love your video's man, keep them coming please.
Hi Brad, thanks for the comment. You are quite right and your point is important. I was going to dig into that when I get the time as it appears the concentrated flux creates more 'drag' on the magnets edges rather than the center.
Hey Ken, time is never in our favor, so, I can perhaps save you some of that time. Ken Wheeler is an amazing magnetic genius who has an interest in the capturing of gold. It's obvious that you have done your research into this area, but, if you have not come across Mr. Wheeler's work, it's worth checking out. If you have any trouble finding him, I can send you a link that deals directly with magnetic effects on Gold. If you wish of course.
right, I have chatted with Ken, he has very interesting and fresh ideas. I always enjoy discussions with researchers that have a different perspective from the boiler plate science text books.
Hi Michael, Thanks for the comment. The larger the core the larger materials it will pick up within the radius of the core. To pick up smaller materials a smaller core is needed along with smaller diameter washers.
First thank you for the video. It seems impractical, but gives info on understanding. Why not DC power? How about rappelling with force. What principles does gold, silver, platinum have with Magnets, DC magnets, electricity, that can be used to sort them out from other things? I would show the fields like you can with iron flakes and a normal magnet. With silver dust or gold. Have a donut shaped clear plastic petri dish with flakes in it, cut a hole in a table that fit your donut, Magnet can go through both and show how it affects dust. I hope that makes sense to you.
Hey Terminator Fire: Thanks for the intellectual comment. The actual effect is created by the gold/silver/platinum electrical resistance. In simple terms the magnet is creating an electric current in these materials which has an opposing magnetic field. The opposing fields are opposite which is what creates the attraction. DC won't work as its the AC that creates the effect of alternating reversing of the magnetic poles. That's an interesting way of looking at the magnet by showing how it effects iron flakes. I will work on that to see the effects for the group.
I'm interested in the application Ken used in another video, a permanent magnetic bar across a sluice box to slow the gold as it passes through the field increasing its drop rate (with the added benefit of removing some of the black sand.
Very interesting. There is a physics law that reinforces what you are talking about, but I cannot think for the life of me what that law is. I think it starts with a "Z" or a "V" maybe. Huge possibilities for ultra- fine micron gold recovery here. Thanks for the video.
Could you set this up at the end of a sluice box with no electricity just using aluminum section. With magnets periodically up in ribs to slow the gold down?
Hey Sam, thanks for the comment. You certainly can use permanent magnets over your sluice to help drop the gold out of the water flow. In order to use this electromagnet requires electricity.
It will not work. The issue with “ Gold magnets “ is that the gold or whatever precious metal you are trying to attract needs to align with the inside cooper rings to make full magnetic attraction. This method was invented in the 60”s but the efficiency is not there. There are complete build outs for these magnets online if you want to understand the principle of what’s going on and build your own ac magnet. As far as operating this on a sluice, I would not. Simply because the fine tiny gold is no where near identical size and would never align with the internal eddies that are being created by this machine. Like I said this was invented in the 60”s, if it was a true method of extraction the very large mining companies would be using it. On the positive I love your video , I love your design and I think you had great info to share .... keep it up. 👍🏽
In 1976, I worked in the pinball, cigarette machine, juke box ect. business in Florida. We had a heck of a time with Canadian money with all the tourists because the slug detectors were nothing more than magnets that the coins had to get past to buy the game, cigs or whatever and they would get stuck on them if the coin return was not adjusted properly to wipe them off or people would leave them there and let coins back up the slot. We would have to go out and unjam the slots and clear the coins. If we found pre 1968 Canadian money in the coin box, we were told to write it down and throw it away as it was only worth about 68c on the American dollar. I would swap it out for American coins out of my own pocket. It was good for the company and my wallet as it was eventually worth more than face value for it's silver content.
SO get a bunch of iron dust or filings etc to simulate what you would find in a river, all the black magnetic stuff. Now mix some fine gold in with it. Then figure out how to make a gold magnet that causes the iron to move away and the gold dust to be attracted. ~
Hi Robert, thanks for the comment. In my sluice box and trommel I use a first bank of permanent magnets to pull out the magnetic materials first (keeping them). Then use a second bank of magnets over the riffles to drop the gold down. With this system I am experimenting with this electro magnets under the sluice to pull the gold down into the riffles. The idea is to be able to feed more material through the system with less loss. kk
But where does one put the banana? You know, the banana that you need to fuel the Flux Capacitor? Sorry I could not resist! Lol Ok, to be fair this is extremely interesting but I'm not a Physics student or anything like that. What I am is very good at building, and fixing things. I may have to look into this a bit further! Thank you for posting this video? Well done!
The supplied AC current induces an Eddy current in the gold coin that creates own magnetic field. This magnetic field interacts with the magnetic field of the supplied current and the coin is attracted. If supplying a DC current it will be no attraction of the gold coin. This is not a magnetic field of the gold.
Study Howard Johnson (look beyond all the fuzz for or against his motors), he's the only guy I know that ever really mapped the magnetic field. He was working for the DoD at the time and used some parts from a radar to visualize how the particles actually moves, and no it's not lines. It's spirals/vortexes. He made this little thing that's completely unique: freenrg.info/Magnetic_stuff/HJs_secret_world_of_magnets.pdf
I believe you can, there are several ways, all of which are somewhat difficult but the easiest way to see it is to look very closely at the space directly above your hand, do not focus what is behind your hand, focus one eye on your hand (close the other) but do not look directly at your hand, look at the space directly above it as close to your hand as possible. It sort of looks like a mirage but you will notice the light actually gets slightly darker. It is hard to see when you are dehydrated, hungry, or tired, it is easier to see after meditation, sungazing, a healthy meal (especially full of iron), or if your bold, after taking hallucingens (then you REALLY see it). It's my theory that your soul exists in this magnetic-type field and this is the scientific explination that people believe your heart and soul are connected. The motion of iron in your blood creates a magnetic bubble around you that your infinit/etheric soul can exist in, this will sort of make you rethink of the body as being more of a space suit for your soul, or make you think of your soul simply as your energy, energy cannot be created or destroyed. It's incredibly difficult for a soul to interfere with the physical dimension directly (think about how a radio wave works, its a freqency that exists beyond physical matter) however indirectly souls can influence thought, imagination, creativity, and if they try really hard they can influence magnetic feilds, this is why these rods are not an exact science, your not talking to "the rods", your are talking to the spirts around you, if they want to, they can help you find what you are looking for. This is the same concept as a wigi board. Just be careful and only do this type of stuff if you are confident you are surrounded by positive energy. For all positive energy, there is equal negative energy.
I’m really interested in your work and in magnetics in general I own a small CNC plasma fabrication shop if you ever have need of anything I can help with I would be more than happy to help out no charge for service I’d just like to be involved I can see a developing technology of value here
Hi Luis, thanks for the interesting comment. That's a very good question. Gold has higher conductivity than copper but that may result in less magnetic field. This is speculation on my part until its actually tested. I will check it out when I get the time. Thanks kk
KenKlondike if you check the resistance tables I believe gold is actually worse than copper.. the only thing that's better than copper is silver I believe
Hi Carolyn, Thanks for the note. That's a very very astute point and something I hadn't considered. Silverresistance: 62, Copperresistance: 58 Goldresistance: 44 Aluminum resistance: 36 Also of interest is that each metals melting point increases with higher resistance.
Mercury on a copper plate ;)
boss man can you pot holes into the copper washer to increase the pull at a lower voltage?
Do you have the material sheets on how this device works, or iss assumed to work?
Thanks
my sir
It's so simple
It is to add gold to a piece of magnet and the rest of the basic earth elements such as magnesium, manganese and the rest of the elements in certain proportions, and then you spin the magnet piece with an electric field at a speed counterclockwise.
If this was my project I would get things down to the size of a fishing lure and you could have the basis of non-invasive dredging.I would also look at jacking up the power and altering the frequency to favor gold
I am looking forward to your development of this and am itching to try a bit of it myself.I predict that gold fishing will become a popular sport
Ken
KenKlondike, You show a clear understanding on the subject. Your video is very educational. Thanks!
Can you scale it down or up? If down I wonder how it would work with many in some formation? interesting work, thanks for sharing

Thanks for sharing your work.
This is truly ingenious, but ultimately a pipe dream. There are too many reasons why a few would keep this out of the hands of the many.
Hey johny. Thanks for the comment
It looks like a Neodymium magnet is slowing, or even stopping that gold coin. I don't see anything else at play? Is this correct?
I mean aside from the motion of the coin...
Hey FTIC, thanks for the comment.
Its interesting in that when passing through a changing magnetic field, gold will slow down but silver will be repelled.
Very interesting, I had no idea that was possible. I want to know more.
Could a Neodymium magnet be modified with electro magnet wiring to make it's Gauss Attraction force's stronger?
this video gave me an idea. string several of these magnets together to form a rotating magnetic feild and use that to catch gold and keep it from moving further down a sluice box in a mining operation. i dont know how plausible this idea might be, but might be worth a try.
try,record and share with us
Will work on similar idea what really happened 👀
Can u make the magnet to power at 14khz since gold is found at 14khz?? Maybe that can attract gold
The updated Video link does not work. And you page says it shows cooler thing than it really does. Where are good videos?
What about the wire you used to hang the coins would that not be attracted to the magnet? Just asking
Thanks for the information. I'm not good at this kind of stuff, but my brother is. I'm into gold prospecting, this is good, very good. Thanks again
Thanks for the warm comments Matthew
if an iron object is attached to a traditional magnet, it becomes magnetic too and attracts other iron objects. in your project, if you attach some gold object to the copper washer while its working, is that gold object attracts other golds?
Black mercury beta sulfide attracts gold
yes or no
This is quite interesting and it got me thinking of a compound that could be used to map out hysteresis loops in metals using other diamagnetic and semiconductors
interesting.
And how to change metal detector be come gold detector ...thank you mister
Hi Michel,
These are good questions.
KenKlondike I believe you are correct however the other magnet that the rest are compared to to determine north and south is the earth.
Hi
It was very interesting
I'm researching whether magnetometers can detect buried gold ?!! According to popular belief, gold is a non-magnetic metal and therefore not detected by a magnetometer, but considering the effect of the Earth's field on gold and the reaction of gold to the Earth's field, as well as the observation of such experiments, we can say yes! Gold can be detected by a magnetometer
What do you think about this ?
For sure it can be detected however you need to induce a magnetic field in the gold first.
Hi there
I haven't attempted to do anything so far but out of my conviction of your demonstration I really interested to have one to use.
KenKlondike awesome!
obviously the electricity is jumping to the gold and it is holding some capacitance and it drawn to the circuit.... i don't know if i would call that magnetic as much as electric.. of course they aren't very different... but could it just be the conductivity of gold and some holding capacity? you're using quite a bit of electricity to make gold do a rather superfluous thing unsure what the result is or means?
Thanks for the comment Fairy Squirt,
Science is like a Picasso painting in that each person sees it the way that makes sense to them.
This wire has a coating on the outside?
The Canadian quarter locked onto the magnet because of it's high nickel content. Nickel is one of the few non-iron elements that are truly magnetic. Believe it or not, liquid oxygen is also magnetic. If you had a plastic thermos full of liquid O2, it would stick to a strong magnet also.
Thanks for the comment jeff. I think if the quarter had nickel content it would be attracted to a permanent magnet which it is not.

It is known that there are micro particles of gold suspended in the ocean. Would it be possible to place a large device like yours underwater or on the hulls of ships which would then attract particles out of the water and build up a deposit on the magnet head which could then be extracted later after there was enough to extract?
You would send Salmon into Extinction. They follow that field.
@@IsAmericaforSaletoChina Well, I see more money in attracting schools of salmon directly into your nets than collecting gold particles!
@@Seeds-Of-The-Wayside Yes and no. I have been thinking about this for years. I think a device could be built to act as a mega spawning grounds signal to the fish right in off a boat. @@IsAmericaforSaletoChina dude we should buy a helicopter and form an open ocean task force where we go around and just blow up all the illegal ships like whaling ships and shark fin and sea turtle collectors and all that
How you tried using this on RFID chips? Maybe the magnet would destroy the copper antenna
Your explanation of magnet field as billions of threads that repel each other, I think I can visualize it now. It had always confused me.
I am impressed. thanks for give us your time to teach us. My best regards!!!
You're welcome
Only thing though, i think? Wouldn't it just be a sstronger magnet and attract all ferrous metal stronger? Thank you.
Hi es Kimo; thanks for the comment.
As it is, the magnet attracts all ferrous metals. We have been having a good discussion on the magnet and it appears that the lower a materials electrical resistance, the stronger it it attracted.
Great to see this again. I remember it from an old popular science or mechanics.
Hey Paul, Thanks for the comment.
Here's a link to the archives for Popular Electronics:

Thanks for the video, Ken, it kicked me in the brain pan ;)
are you sure that magnet attracts object and not the object falls into the hole into the magnet made by the magnet?
Hi U H,
Thanks for the comment.
I am sure, no doubt about it.
Let me know if you build one and need assistance.

KenKlondike thanks for your answer! Nevertheless I am sure on the second one 😉
Interesting ,,, Create a void , something must fill it ,, cosmic law ...
This is the second time I watched your video. I bought 20 neodymium magnets. 2"x1"x1/8". I plan to put on a metal strip's. 2 row's about 3" apart across my gold cube tray. Hope to have more gold to drop. Thank's for taking the time and sharing.
Hey Migel, Thanks for the warm comment. I was thinking of getting a gold cube. How does it work on fines?
Best Luck to you,,,Get the Shinny.
migel reyas how much gold are you pulling from 1 ton of material per week?
the refiner says 3 to 3 1/2 oz per ton 18k, silver 20-21 gram, 8-9 gram platinum.
I just thought about this. Please any more lets use email. Not good to put this over open forum. migrey1@aol.com
But can it attract fine gold?
You mean ore gold

A shaded pole motor :-) Nice work.
I sense sarcasm. Lol. Can you explain?

Back to magnetic fields, a great example of paramagnetic properties is a mechanical speedometer.

Hi Ken, I'm glad to hear that. I hope you post your results so the rest of us can follow. :-)
Brad Spencer
Would you mind sharing with us where we can locate this information please?
Thanks and have a great day...!
Can use copper wair in inner core
Limited to the size of the core you say? Rebar comes to mind as a step up
Hi Michael, Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for the video.
auhardrocker Lenz's Law?
On the positive I love your video , I love your design and I think you had great info to share .... keep it up. 👍🏽
Amazing,, thank you for this. Am impressed very much!
Hi Paul, thanks for the warm comment, appreciate that
can use a pair of hair clippers as a variac to power the unit
Hi Jacob, thanks for the comment.
Thats a cool idea. Just be careful with open wires. Let me know how it works.
how can we make one that works under water
where can we buy these.. can you make some for us..
doc johnny
Hey Jeff, Thats a cool experience. Here in Canada they don't even make pennies anymore ~ thats how money dies.
interesting stuff...how about a field au detector that would be cool!
Terence Galland ..there are commercial gold detectors on the market available to the public.
Would it be possible to attract non ferrous by simply spinning permanent magnets
Great watch, very well explained. Thank you !
Hi.you should test this with 1 gram of certified
pure gold
How to making gold magnet easy..???
I wish you success in the work of an awesome bus system can be used to hold the nano gold parts in the water
A regular magnet makes a metal ring stand in two specific ways and will always want to turn back until turned 90 degrees more
Hi Allan, thanks for the comment.
interesting...
awesome work thanks for sharing.
Thanks aka magic
.
If you build one let me know if you need help.
The idea is to be able to feed more material through the system with less loss.
kk
Could you build me one how much
But where does one put the banana? You know, the banana that you need to fuel the Flux Capacitor? Sorry I could not resist! Lol Ok, to be fair this is extremely interesting but I'm not a Physics student or anything like that. What I am is very good at building, and fixing things. I may have to look into this a bit further! Thank you for posting this video? Well done!
I know nothing about what you are doing but I see you have it wired horizontally how about trying to wire vertically and see what will happen.
The supplied AC current induces an Eddy current in the gold coin that creates own magnetic field. This magnetic field interacts with the magnetic field of the supplied current and the coin is attracted. If supplying a DC current it will be no attraction of the gold coin. This is not a magnetic field of the gold.
thanks Stoyan, possible of interest to you is that the field turns direction on the inside face of the washers.
Why can't one see these magnitic threads?
paul skillman you can see it with a ferro magnet and a "ferrocell"
Super 👏👏👏
I’m really interested in your work and in magnetics in general I own a small CNC plasma fabrication shop if you ever have need of anything I can help with I would be more than happy to help out no charge for service I’d just like to be involved I can see a developing technology of value here
Hey 1006Foster, thanks for the interest. Where is your shop located What type of 3D file format do you use with your cnc machines?
If gold its better condunt to electicity, what if its used like wire to make a electromagnet ?? It would be stronher or something I think...
Hi Luis, thanks for the interesting comment.
That's a very good question. Gold has higher conductivity than copper but that may result in less magnetic field.
This is speculation on my part until its actually tested.
I will check it out when I get the time.
Thanks
kk
KenKlondike if you check the resistance tables I believe gold is actually worse than copper.. the only thing that's better than copper is silver I believe
Hi Carolyn, Thanks for the note. That's a very very astute point and something I hadn't considered.
Silverresistance: 62,
Copperresistance: 58
Goldresistance: 44
Aluminum resistance: 36
Also of interest is that each metals melting point increases with higher resistance.
that numbers must to give something..
I think you may be right, will do more tests on other materials to see if their is a correlation
as so many have said thanks well done
Hi Terrie, thanks for the warm comment
