Band is tight, vocalist doesn't sound like a child having a tantrum, classic metal /southern sludge approach with a subtle touch of modernity. I'm listening now, Malevolence.

@@GuitarBloodlines You hear this specific vocal style, the composition style, the instrumentation and go “uHh actually it’s all these other things!” Yes, I’m aware of the obvious influences here, but having actually heard music before you can tell they’re coming from a deathcore background and it’s still heavily present in the music. Having Pantera riffs doesn’t just automatically absolve you of all of the other things going on in the music.
Been following for years, they needed that one big push and this summer they have had it! Can’t wait to see them at Slam Dunk tomorrow, big things to come lads!
Seen Malev 5 times now, they just get better and better. Even though I'm not into this kinda metal so much anymore, they always transcend music for me, the energy is just unique and I'll always love them for what they do.

i love BOA but with the rising capacity so more money they realy need to invest in a better recording mix/team...so so hit and miss in its sound quality.

Malevolence have to become a regular at this festival, they sounded fucking massive on mainstage.
