Great to see musicians enjoying the art they produced. Their smiles and engagement in the music is a contrast to the stodgy and pompous attitudes of many older musicians.
kam hung Wong at the very start the girl at the top right corner playing 喳喳 hit it very very hard, loud and forceful the whole orchestra knew the conductor knew the girl knew not know the audience knew or not the orchestra wanted to laugh the girl wanted to laugh 但 the conductor kept himself and tried to calm himself and the orchestra down and he did he persisted to guide the boys and girls throgh until the performance completed ... which was done perfectly so ... they laughed 有很多層次 hope u can see it when watch again this is a perfect example of good leadership ... sadly seldomly saw in chinese especially those in power ... thx

I would love to think that the lovely smiles are simply because of the happy and cheerful dispositions of the Hsinchu Youth Orchestra members. But I know there's an inside joke going on, and it's killing me to know what it is.
+Kailasa Tour and Travel, you could be right, After all, these kids pranked Maestro Liu Sha when he conducted them in Běijīng Yīyè, when they took the performance away from him. But the orchestra members in that performance were more discreet with exchanged, knowing smiles to one another rather than outright laughter. Well, both of these performances are fun to watch. These kids are great.
Jim Porter these young orchestra members were supposed to play a different encore piece but They Change it wothout informing the conductor. you can see the big surprise on the conductor's face at the beginning of the performance.
本來不是表演這首，樂隊為了給指揮驚喜，臨時改這首，所以才有後面的故事

很小的时候，大概民国40几年，经常从收音机里传来这首曲子，我不知曲名，但是，印象特别深刻。后来，不知什么原因，突然消失得无影无踪，不知跟政治有无关联。现在，再听到有人演奏优美的曲子，高兴异常。

这首歌本来就很欢快啊 音乐人听到这种曲子就会打心底里高兴 可能指挥平常也比较严肃吧但在表演的时候他就一下子变的很好玩很搞笑的样子 底下的人看到指挥这样自然就乐开怀了吧

一开场那镲敲的几下是乐团自己加的，整指挥，你没发现指挥都愣了一下吗
